The cherubs Nest is a charming Georgian merchants house built around 1730 with many original features.
For the last 19 years it been run as a successful Bed and Breakfast. In January 2019 it ceased trading as a B&B and was renovated and converted int a stylish holiday home

Stayed May 17, 2024The location is fantastic for checking out all the local music venues! We really enjoyed having a private ensuite bathroom for each bedroom, even though they were on the small side. Just a heads up, there are quite a few stairs so it might not be the best choice for anyone with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely tell our friends to check it out!

Stayed Mar 29, 2024We really enjoyed staying at the Cherub’s Nest. It’s a perfect 3 storey town house right in the heart of Dartmouth. Local amenities are fantastic and further afield there are some great beaches and walks to enjoy around the Dart estuary. Highly recommended!

Stayed Jul 30, 2022The property is superbly located just yards away from the sea front and all amenities. The characterful Cherub Pub is just next door serving excellent food and ale. Although in the centre of things, the cottage was quiet and peaceful - apart from the noise from the seagulls which you soon get used to. The property itself was charming and contained everything required - with the bonus of en-suite facilities in each bedroom. The taller ones amongst however, did have difficulty with the low wash basins in 2 of the bedrooms, and we also found the kitchen was quite small when we were all in at the same time. These were just minor points though and did not impact on our overall enjoyment. For us, the location of the property was excellent. Shops, pubs etc were all easily accessed, and both ferries to Kingswear were just a short walk away, as was the bus station. It was a perfect base location for walkers like us to access the south west coastal path.

Stayed Aug 12, 2020What a lovely wee cottage , suited our needs perfectly . 6 people 3 bedrooms all with own bathrooms . So close to all amenities . Shops, restaurants,river etc Parking permit a godsend as Dartmouth was so busy. Highly reccomended

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The cottage is located right in the centre of town and was perfect for me, my husband, my brothers and our parents. The property was very clean and the owners incredibly helpful. We would definitely recommend The Cherubs Nest to others. Thanks very much for having us.
