Stayed Sep 7, 2025Great house with AMAZING views!!! We had 12 adults in our group and the space was perfect! Had problems with the air conditioning and key pad in the apartment. We texted the property manager, and he responded very quickly and had people there within 20 minutes to get them fixed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025This home is absolutely spectacular. On one side you have the ocean on the other you have the bay we had family ranging in age from less than two to over 80 and everyone had a wonderful time. The addition of the resort pass to the Marriott was great. We used it frequently to go to the beach as well as to go to the pool. Gave us a lot of options. The house was really well stocked and everything was very nice. Highly recommend.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Our first thoughts as we walked in were how big and beautiful this house was. The abundance of porches and views to look at was a wonderful hang out spot. The bedrooms were nice as well. Overall just a great location and a relaxing getaway.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025If you're considering this house, just do it! We have never stayed anywhere that comes close to offering what we experienced at Carpe Diem. There is nothing, and I mean nothing that isn't supplied for the entire family! They even had diapers and wipes for our 18 month old granddaughter. I brought all kinds of things thinking they won't have this. Well guess what? They had it. So make your reservation, pack only your clothes, and get ready for an amazing time here. We will absolutely be back! :)

Stayed Dec 2, 2024This was our 2nd year at this beautiful home. We are a group of 70+ year old women. We all loved the house for its beautiful views. We have traveled together for years and we have never enjoyed a house so well stocked.. it has everything! There is plenty of sleeping space and the rooms are beautiful with views. We fortunately can all climb the stairs and we hope to return. The property manager Al is amazing as well as his team!

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Carpe Diem had all the things we needed and more! We had a family reunion with our 2 sons & their families. Everything listed was provided plus a lot of extras. Basically all we had to provide was food. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and all the water fun equipment was provided. Al was immediately responsive to our questions & requests. We were blessed with a full week of sun & warm weather. One of our favorite things was kayaking & paddleboarding in the inner coastal among manatees & rays. Great Thanksgiving week!

Stayed Oct 27, 2024We have stayed multiple times at this location and “Heaven can’t wait” next door, as expected they are 5 stars at everything, like they advertise… they stock heavy so you can pack light.I constantly try to recruit new people to come with us and experience one of Al’s Beach Houses In Paradise!!

Stayed Sep 17, 2024“Carpe diem” is really nice the location is excellent (close to grocery store, surrounding restaurants, and entertainment) and views are amazing, but most importantly the property management team is top notch! The house was clean and well stocked and even had surprises for the kids! Upon arrival things were setup and in place specifically for our family i.e. baby bassinet and monitors(even though we brought our own)! We did not have to search for any convenient items. Would highly recommend staying at any of the BHIP properties. Our family was in town for a funeral despite the circumstances had a really nice time thanks to the BHIP team. In the future we will plan a vacation to stay with BHIP.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We had 16 people, 7 kids and 10 adults. We all had plenty of space and facilities. The home was well appointed and far exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of activities from kayaks and paddle boards to board games. Every room had a big TV and we had lots of seats for dining. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to our communication. Highly recommend this location for a large group. We would have stayed for a few days after the kids left but it was booked. Hope to make this an annual event.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The property is in immaculate shape and all the amenities provided give you the resort feel with the privacy of your own home. The location is great for a quiet retreat and you cannot beat the beachfront views. The house feels much larger in person than the pictures and plenty of rooms for a large family or group. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely rebook next time we are Stuart, FL bound.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Our family stayed at carp diem and it was more than what I expected. Al said just bring your clothes and food and it was exactly that. We went fishing and swimming. We watched the sun rise and the sunset. There was plenty of room for all of us. We had an amazing time and made lots of memories. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your house. Stayed May 19, 2024This place had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kids were too busy to wine about a thing and never once said they were bored. The adults got to relax and throw food at them. AMAZING the thought and the detail that went into making sure every need was met. We all had our own space when needed and were comfortable. Hung out on the ocean side deck mostly, but also spent a great deal of time on the river and caught fish from the dock, loved the kayak and paddle board. We saw manatee, dolphin, sting ray, manta ray and a couple of crows trying to steal stuff off our table when nobody was there....they like Doritos. The bathtub beach was just a short walk and so worth it. Got re-married on the beach with all my kids and grand-kids and made beautiful memories for a lifetime. This place was just plain perfect for us and can't imagine anyone complaining about a single thing. I stay in a lot of rentals by owners and can tell you that is highly unusual to have a good fry pay in any of them (it's expected) and this place had the BEST cookware- surprise!!!. Correspondence was great and when a storm knocked out the internet, it took us a bit to realize, because we were too busy having fun, but Al was right on top of it as soon as we told him and got it fixed fast. Best Property manager I've had with quick response time and full of information that made this so much easier to manage with a group of 14 of us. This trip was a dream come true for us. Thank you so much for this!
