The ground-level living space features a comfortable sofa set, gas fireplace, and TV, all within an open-concept layout that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and front patio. La Cantina accordion glass doors open fully to create an indoor-outdoor living experience filled with natural light and ocean air.

KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation and serving, featuring high-end dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Highlights include a central island with barstool seating and a deep sink, a Thermador 6-burner gas range and refrigerator, a step-in pantry, and Carrera marble and soapstone countertops. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2–4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) is provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mat by making advance arrangements with our office.

Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer is located along the second-floor hallway, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: One carport parking space is available and accommodates most vehicles, with access from the rear alley. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

Pets: Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

    Steps to the beach, fully equipped, and very clean. Rental company was responsive and helpful. Several maintenance issues in the house: top deck door was difficult to open and shut, paint chipped on kitchen island and chips on lots of cabinetry, liv room rug needs cleaning, wine fridge doesn’t fit in its space, downstairs bedroom toilet isn’t secured to the ground, low water pressure in downstairs shower, front porch light blinks on and off in the evening. None ruined the weekend but honestly expected better quality at this price point.Otherwise a good stay…

    Disappointed with this house. I specifically picked this house because I thought all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors would be mine for the week. Nowhere in the details does it say it's broken up and that the 2nd and 3rd story above me would be rented out. Installation was terrible...I could hear their every move, every toilet flush, and it was very noisy throughout the night. The description said it's a brand new condo but walls and doorways needed some touching up, and shower faucet hardware were loose. Master bedroom mattress was so cheap and uncomfortable that on the 2nd night we had to sleep upstairs. Also, the double bed was so squeeky, anytime my son would move we'd hear it in the other bedroom. I wish the owners would spend alittle bit of money to make this home more comfortable, more of a home away from home.

    The location of the property is great, but the photos are a little bit misleading as the condition of the property has changed since it’s been photographed. There was cat hair all over the chairs outside. The listing boasts that there is a washer and dryer but they don’t provide laundry pods or dryer sheets. The local grocery store sells them of course but in a huge quantity. We spent 5000 for three nights and was disappointed that they couldn’t provide laundry pods, especially when we called to inquire. The logic doesn’t make sense because dishwasher has pods. Make sure to pack your own!

    What a lovely place for more fabulous memories, the house is lovely and location only a few steps to the beach. We hired bikes and cycled along to the Wedge one day and also just enjoyed the beach and the sea.

    The place was perfect for us! Great sleeping arrangement. Having the one parking spot was very convenient. Did have to call management a couple of times and they were very responsive!
