The main living space offers a comfortable sofa set with a streaming TV, along with a dining area that seats 6–8 for shared meals. Glass doors lead out to the oceanview balcony, where you’ll find casual seating and a refreshing coastal breeze.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Laundry: A shared coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the laundry room along the side walkway. Complimentary laundry supplies are provided; however, guests must provide their own quarters.

Parking: Two designated spaces on the right side of the carport. General neighborhood street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

    The water filter on the fridge needed replaced. The fridge was so cold it was freezing stuff. The tv remotes were all messed up. We couldn’t tell what remote worked what tv. The internet was not adequate for the amount of tvs. You could only watch two at a time. Other than that it was very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

    Nice rental and close to the beach! It was clean and comfortable. We did a lot of in-house cooking and found not enough kitchen towels, no potholders, sparse accommodating extras in the kitchen. Heat does not travel to the back bedrooms easily and the front doorknob was very sticky, hard to open. TV was confusing and hard to navigate. You might check the temp of the fridge as it was freezing our eggs. It was not a bad stay and we did enjoy ourselves.

    Loved the location and the running/walking path out front and the quick access to the beach. The Newport pier is an easy boardwalk 10-15min walk.

    The property was just as seen in the pictures. It was clean, well stocked with beach and bath towels, and had more than enough room. I couldn’t find the washer and dryer that were mentioned in listing but it may have been behind some locked doors in the garage area. We didn’t end up needing them so we didn’t ask. All in all it was a great stay for our family during Springs Break. Loved the VERY close proximity to the beach. Will definitely book with this property agency again.

    We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for our family and the balconies were nice. Short walk to the beautiful beach. 2 parking spots were very tight for a larger vehicle but still appreciated. Refrigerator could be replaced, shelving in the door was all broken and the main drawer in the feezer had a large crack. Toaster only worked on one side and coffee pot (double) was broken on both sides. Knives were pretty dull. This all made cooking a little challenging. Twin beds were hard but all kings were cozy. Shower in master had too much pressure, felt like hail hitting your skin. The other showers worked just fine. Not a fan of washing our own dishes which means the people before you were in charge of washing yours. Our dishes weren’t all clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and mgmt brought another coffee pot later the same day. We never asked for another toaster but I’m sure they would have brought a new one of those too. Such a cute town and we had great weather. Hope to visit again soon.

    Wonderful family vacation! I have four children scattered all over the United States. We had a great experience gathering in Newport! Lots of space and steps from the beach and boardwalk. I made adjustments to the bike rentals (so worth it!) that were promptly arranged. I asked for additional pans to bake my son's birthday cake, they were delivered promptly. Enough bathrooms, bedrooms, cookware, towels, chairs, etc. Private patio off the master was great! Open floor plan was nice for visiting. Great communication throughout. After our great trip, I left several items in the hall closet. They were gathered and mailed to me too. Can't say enough good about the location, property amenities, and service.
