Beautiful modern beach house, steps to sand, AC, Bikes, Beach Gear and Parking!

It was a beautifully decorated, clean, well organized, lots of great amenities, well stocked towels and kitchen. The location cannot be beat and the off-street parking was fantastic. It had everything we needed for the beach, including an easy up so we could stay all day and get out of the sun for a bit. New great laundry, bikes, and linens. The neighborhood was really cute and we enjoyed going for walks as a family. The access to the beach was perfect, only one house away! The beach near the rental was better than some I saw lower down on the peninsula. Will be back!

The property is immaculate and well stocked with beach towels and very comfortable. The location is in one of the quietest and cleanest areas of Newport you can find that is still in close proximity to the beach. The beach itself is located at the furthest north end of Newport and is pretty far away from the boardwalk. The surf can be rough but the beach is clean and provides poles to play beach volleyball. The property provides all kinds of beach toys.. chairs, umbrellas, easy-up, beach cart, surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, and bikes. Everything is in good to excellent condition BUT you will be sharing the toys and bikes with other renters which can cause conflict. We had some issues with the bikes. Parking in the area is difficult so the parking garage is a huge bonus BUT again you share it with other renters. Unfortunately it is a very small garage and is supposed to house 2 vehicles but it’s an extremely tight fit for 2 vehicles. We were only able to use the garage once because the other renters either took our spot or parked in the center leaving us no room at all. Lisa the host made every effort to handle it but unfortunately was unable to remedy the situation so this was a huge point of contention for us. We paid for a parking spot and it was unavailable to us for 3 out of 4 of the days we were there. I would have loved to have given an excellent review but unfortunately our experience was not great. Sharing the bikes, toys, and parking was a problem. :(

We loved our stay here. The kitchen was stocked and easy to prep food in. Tons of beach toys access to the beach was great. Parking was easy & safe. No complaints!

Parking was fine. There was not a view of the beach. but I knew that going in. It was only a very short walk. It was really nice having bikes and beach chairs available for us. Everything in the condo was clean and seemed to be brand new. Sometimes you could hear the tenants above us, but not bad.

We had a wonderful stay here in December and would absolutely come back. The location was excellent—just one street from the beach and less than a minute walk, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful sunsets every evening.The rental had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including bikes that we ended up riding every day along the bike paths and all around the area. The unit itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day out.Parking was also very convenient. We were able to keep our rental car in the garage, and there was plenty of street parking right in front of the unit as well.The owner was also wonderful to work with—very responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay, especially having access to bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, etc which made time on the beach super fun. The house was nice and very thoughtfully appointed, and Lisa was a very responsive host.

The house is wonderful! It is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It has everything you need for a fun, relaxing family vacation at the beach! The area is quiet and the beach is not crowded. We spent 7 nights here and enjoyed riding the bikes to most places, took surf lessons nearby and relaxed on the sand every day! We have stayed closer to the pier in the past which is more crowded/busier/louder - we much prefer the vibe of this location.

Cozy and fun experience for our family

Lisa’s place and location is beach lovers paradise as well as having been an ideal/rescue location for housing the arrival of my grandson whose parents were displaced by the LA fires. Although we were not there in beach weather, the beach accessories and recreational equipment would make this place any beach-lover’s dream. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!!

Loved our stay. Just a few steps from the beach and also enjoyed riding the bikes along the bike trail. Clean and accommodated our family well.

We enjoyed our visit. The condo is very well equipped, everything from plenty of towels to generous kitchen supplies and everything you need for the beach. Great location for all Balboa has to offer as well as Huntington. Definitely would stay here again.
