Beautiful Clearwater Beach Home just across from the Beach - Drive to your door.

What a perfect location for my family to get out of the winter weather for a quick boost of sunshine! The house was very clean and well maintained. The access to the beach was just steps away. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Our stay was FABULOUS! Ryan and Amy were awesome hosts! They kept us informed throughout the rental process. They checked in on us and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The property is beautiful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood VERY close to the beach and walkable to the restaurants and attractions. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and cozy beds. We appreciate the plentiful beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. The beach wagon made it easy to transport everything. Great hot tub at the end of the day! We will definitely come back!

This is my favorite place to visit of all times. The place is always very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked as well as dishwasher and laundry detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, and bathroom linens. Beds are comfortable and the living space is perfect for hanging out. The house is very close to the beach and is much more accessible than a couple of the hotels down the way. We have stayed here several times and look forward to our next visit.

Everything was spotless when we arrived. All amenities in place and easy to find and use. Excellent communications with property owners throughout the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and highly recommend to anyone wanting easy beach access and a quiet neighborhood!

Wonderful beach home with easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. The house had everything we needed to play at the beach and relax after. Kitchen was well stocked with high quality equipment to cook meals for our family. We will most definitely return to this house!

The location of the home was perfect in a quiet neighborhood, only steps from the beach access. It was wonderful to look out the front windows and see the Gulf from the house. The home is very spacious and offered plenty of room for our group of four adults and two young children. Everything a family needs for a relaxing vacation was provided exactly as stated in the listing. The home itself was so clean and welcoming. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home. We hope to be able to visit Clearwater and stay in Ryan and Amy‘s wonderful home in the future. Five star property all the way!

The cottage was such a great spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. We were not on vacation, so staying across the street from the beach was a great way to decompress. Super cute spot and very comfortable! Soap and shampoo would have been nice but not a big deal

The location was amazing! We stayed with my husband and two kids (3yo and 5yo) and my parents. The house having what we needed for the beach (wagons, toys, boogie boards, etc) was so nice and having a short walk to the beach was worth every penny! Ryan and Amy were responsive and kind. Great hosts! Will definitely come back and stay again!

This is truly a wonderful place. Immaculately clean, well appointed and in an ideal location: quiet neighborhood, steps to the beach and close enough to restaurants and bars that walking is not out of the question

Great location! The beach here is beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. While you can enjoy glimpses of the beach and sunset from the house, stepping out just a few steps provides an even more breathtaking view.

House was amazing, fantastic communication with the owners, and it was just steps away from the beach. The Jacuzzi was such a fantastic bonus! The house was immaculate, and we would definitely come back again!

Stayed for four nights with our 4 and 2 year old. So nice that everything we could have needed from beach toys to nice kitchen amenities were there. Comfy beds. Great access to the beach.

Great location, property & house! Very clean & kitchen very organized. This could have been one of our best VRBO rentals ever however 2 of the beds are horrible with squeaky old springs & the hot tub wasn’t working & temp only up to 86. I tried to contact the manager multiple times with no response.

We loved being steps to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood! The beach house is very clean, well stocked, and has a lot of room. We had our adult kids and grand baby and never felt crowded. Ryan the owner was prompt with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this perfect beach house!

Great location for for the vacation away from all the hustle of hotels and mass people. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and activities. 2 minute walk to beach to set up your chair and watch the waves. Hot tub was amazing after a long day. Fantastic place to stay if you like your privacy without loosing any amenities. Updated and tastefully decorated. My family and I didn't want to leave.

We loved everything about our stay! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed - beach towels, kitchen supplies, games, etc. And the location was perfect! It was located just as close to the beach as it looked in the pictures. We would love to go back!
