Our family really enjoyed our week in this house. Unrivaled beach access, quiet, and convenient to the action of Rehobeth if that's your bag. We love the Delaware Bay.

Pristine! Beautiful home with stunning views from inside and outside. From the outdoor dining area/sitting area to the private beach area, this home offers phenomenal amenities. This home is perfect for a family beach getaway. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this home for a special family birthday celebration. Highly recommend!! Communication with the host was top notch and they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed — even dropping off a brand new toaster to replace the one that wasn’t functioning. 5 stars!

Great house in a beautiful location. Our family had a wonderful stay and the covered deck - amazing! Loved the easy access to the beach making our visit with little ones so easy to navigate. Had an absolutely great stay!

This property boasts an absolutely perfect location, offering easy walking distance to the beach and convenient driving access to nearby attractions like Lewes, Rehoboth, Prime Hook nature reserve, and the Cape May Ferry. The property itself was exceptionally clean and provided ample space for a family getaway. The owners were highly responsive and a pleasure to book with.

We had a lovely time at this house! The beach access was great, and the covered porch was breezy and delightful. All the communication was clear and responses prompt, check-in was very easy. The house was cute, and as described/pictured. We hadn’t looked closely enough at the layout to realize that the you have to walk through the trundle bed room to get to one of the other bedrooms, but that was no big deal. The only downside of our week was that for several of the days the bugs were so bad we couldn’t really enjoy being outside at all - we ended up going to Lewes for two of our beach days and never got to do a fire. This was our experience last time at Broadkill, so more a note about the area, not this specific property.

I was skeptical because I had to bring my own linens, but the quality of the beds and pillows more than made up for bringing my own linens. Very comfortable house. Loved, loved, loved showering in the outside showers, even though I didn’t go I to the ocean. The color through the house was calming. I look forward to another stay in the future.

Beautiful house, on the beach was key. Owner was quick with communication. Only downside is the no bedding/towels policy. It was clearly communicated and no surprises but still a bit of a hassle. Beyond that would easily recommend.

The house had everything we needed - very well stocked. It was perfect for our family; big kitchen, big outdoor area to lounge, quiet spaces away from the ruckus. We would stay again.

This is a beautiful house with ability to hold our group: 5 adults, 5 children, including a baby. We so enjoyed the large outdoor space for dining, grilling and relaxing. The gorgeous beach was quiet and not filled with tourists. Homeowners were very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

My family (kids, parents, grandparents) enjoyed a wonderful stay here thanks to the very comfortable house and superb location. We spent most of our indoor time in the kitchen / living room, which had ample space for our group of 7. The kitchen has all new appliances and is well stocked with all the essentials. We enjoyed several sunrises from the large balcony on the main floor and the huge outdoor area on the first floor was very enjoyable when it was cool enough to be outside. Just a short walk over the dunes, the beach was very pleasant and sparsely populated, even on the busy 4th of July weekend. Finally, the owners were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation to the beach.
