Located on the Newport Beach Peninsula this Beautiful 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Home sits directly on the Boardwalk with Views of the Ocean and Balboa Pier.

This unit is Located on the Upper Level of our Oceanfront duplex, our home includes 1 King Sized Bed, 1 Queen, and 4 twin sized beds.

Our home includes 1 Car Garage Parking, Free shared laundry, Smart TV, Cable, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Bed Linens, Beach & Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys, and Sand Umbrella.

The rental has a deck between the kitchen and first bedroom with a small table and chairs and a propane barbecue for private outdoor dining and grilling up family favorites. You do not have access to the downstairs patio.

Located on 4th Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and fire-pits out on the beach near the pier and you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street.

For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun-zone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.

    We enjoyed our stay. Location was amazing. The size and amenities with this home were great. I would rent again as this was perfect for our needs. We utilized other services (concierge) and the birthday celebration we had was amazing! I advise everyone to take advantage. Some areas of opportunity: more comfortable beds for the extra rooms (master was great), needed to purchase silverware and some dishes, living room furniture is uncomfortable and the main living area the screen had a huge hole.

    The condo is in an incredible spot for enjoying the beach. Waking up every morning and seeing the Pacific, walking the beach path, walking to food; incredible! The listing says the bottom deck is not included, but it's confusing since it is clearly in the photo. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and needs repair or replacement. Otherwise a great spot.

    Literally on the beach, and just steps away from all the restaraunts, pier and ocean. This was easily the best place we have ever rented out. And the property is huge, way bigger than the photos. The best part was the view. This place was immaculate upon walking in, and one of our favorite features was the cleanliness of not only the place overall, but the cookware. All the dishes, pots, pans etc.... were spotless. We will definately be coming back, and looking into all of the other Tower 17 properties

    This property is located on the Balboa Peninsula and is only a boardwalk away from the sand. The beach is wide, which makes it seem less crowded and there are many fire-pits for use in the evenings. The beach is kept exceptionally clean with daily city servicing. The property is larger than it appears on the VRBO website. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and everyone had plenty of space.
