Beachfront Cottage with Rustic Charm and Beautiful Sunsets in Sturgeon Bay

Beautiful private cabin on water. It was perfect for our family vacation to door county. Cabin was in a perfect location close to other door county towns like fish creek, egg harbor and sister bay. The downtown sturgeon bay area had locally owned shops that were so cute and great food options! The porch at the cabin was perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets every day. The kids loved how shallow the water was on shore and had a great time playing with the sand toys provided. A huge plus that the cabin was equiped with everything you may need. Overall, my family and I had a lovely time and we cannot wait to come back soon!

House was very nice and well appointed. We loved the porch and firepit areas - great for relaxing and watching sunset. Location felt remote but only minutes from downtown. Will definitely book again.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation in Door County. We were able to access all we wanted to see/do, and had a peaceful relaxing retreat at this charming, cozy and comfortable cottage. The cottage was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds for my husband and I and our two children. Sandy was incredibly responsive and we sure appreciated her help when needed. We look forward to returning again!

This place was amazing! Check in was the easiest of any of the places we’ve rented. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals when we didn’t feel like going anywhere. Super quiet. When we were not out exploring all Door County has to offer we were in the rocking chairs in the screened in porch watching the ducks, geese, and the tall ships sail by on the Bay until the beautiful sunset every night. We definitely will stay here again!

My 4-year-old loved collecting shells on the private beach, and the screened-in porch was the perfect play area for my one-year-old. The sunsets were incredible, and the cabin was charming and comfortable.

We had a great stay. It was so close to the water, and the sunset was fantastic. It could be seen from almost everywhere in the house, but the porch view was awesome! We also used the firepit every night we were there except for the one day it was raining. And we appreciated the quiet surrroundings. Easy access to all of the local shops/restaurants, and easy driving to around the other parts of Door County. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was great—easy to get to and close to everything we needed. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole property had such a peaceful, serene vibe. The house was super clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic experience in Sturgeon Bay at this cottage. The high ceilings, the ample space, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, the proximity to the shore of the Bay, the 2 mile drive to the center of town made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the graciousness of the owners, their readiness to respond to our needs, their availability at any time of the day. We have recommended their cottage to many friends, and we will rent their lovely cottage for the next season.

Place was right along the Door County Century route and was perfect for my group of friends and I. bedrooms and living spaces were great and we took advantage of the wonderful porch.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location was great, with not too far of a drive to golf courses, restaurants, and other activities. The lake was beautiful. My husband brought his fishing boat and loved having the dock right there. The wrap around porch was one of our favorite parts, as my husband brought cornhole boards and was actually able to play right in the screened area, even when it was raining or buggy outside. The beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of room for our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin and property were perfect. We could not have asked for a better location and truly enjoyed being able to paddleboard right from the beach with our family. The large screened in porch was perfect for game nights and dinner and the sunsets each night were great. Would highly recommend and we will try to stay here again.

Our stay in the cottage was the best vacation we have had in years. So relaxing, quiet, clean, well equipped, perfect beach for our 4 and 7 year olds, location, picture perfect views, and those sunsets! Perfection. We will definitely be back. 10/10!

This cottage is the perfect mix of feeling like the nostalgic rustic cottage from growing up and being updated to make it comfy for today. The wraparound screened in porch was perfect both day and night, especially when the weather turned rainy and we still wanted to enjoy the natural surroundings. We honestly only went inside to sleep. Currently lots of beach to play on, and water is shallow and warm enough to play in on hot days (we went mid-June, so we expect cold water). Also provided easy access to buy firewood on-site and kayak delivery when we visited. Would definitely stay again.
