Signer must be present at check-in with valid ID
Signer must occupy the property for the entire stay
Renting for underage occupants without a qualified renter present for the duration of the stay is prohibited

A signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required to complete your reservation. Please contact us if you would like to review the agreement in advance.

Parking Enforcement
No illegal parking, including behind the garage or in the alley.
Violations may result in city fines of $2,000+ for which the renter is responsible.

Noise Enforcement
Parties or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000+ and/or immediate eviction without refund, for which the renter is responsible.
Exterior security cameras are in place.

Service Animal Policy

    The proximity to the beach and the supplies for the beach. However, the beds are not comfortable at all (very hard!).

    Stay was okay, not great. Biggest con is how thin the walls are. We could hear everything from the people that stayed in the unit above ours, even with a sound machine. Chairs screeching on the floor, walking and could hear some of their conversations. Didn’t feel like a private stay at all. The upstairs unit also has access through lower unit’s patio so they were walking through our patio a lot, even left their bikes there at one point. Thankfully, they checked out a few nights into our stay so it was finally quiet after they left. Hosts should consider putting felt pads underneath the chair legs. Our chairs were really loud on the tile and I believe that’s what we were hearing a lot from the upstairs unit as well.It is a good location and the host was very friendly. Overall the home needs a lot of TLC. Not very cozy or inviting - no blankets for the couches or extra pillows, decor is a little dated. One of the bedroom doors and the guest bathroom door both get stuck so we had to pull hard to open and close. That was pretty noisy when trying to use the restroom in the night. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

    The unit is comfortable and steps away from a beautiful, wide open beach. It was exactly as described in the listing and a good fit for our family with two young children. Rich was affable and explained things well. The garage is a tight fit, but it’s doable as long as passengers exit/enter the car outside the garage. Recommended.

    A few of us went to California to get away from our winter weather back home, some to Disney, I of course enjoy the beach. This property is half a block to the beach, the map looks further but it is a very short distance, easy access to the PCH or even the highway to get to Disney. Very Clean and the property managers were so awesome and helpful for check in. Didn't need to see them otherwise cause everything was perfect. Only thing is if you do want to use the washer or dryer, make sure to bring quarters. Otherwise perfect stay.

    great location to the beach, it's about 7 houses to the beach. It has a single private car garage that you can park a full-size sedan inside, which is great since street parking is challenging. The house was a little bit smaller than I expected, the two bedrooms one with a queen/king was very tight to move around in. The house could use some new couches. We were in the lower level and the upstairs was occupied during the same time that we were there. You can definitely hear all of the noise from the upper level. The patio area and location were great, and the hosts were very responsive.
