Beach Block - Jet Tub - 11 Texas Broadkill Beach

The house was a short walk to the beach and the bay was perfect for our two young granddaughters. We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck.

This house was perfect for our 6 adults and 3 young children! The place was clean. The open floor plan was perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones. We loved the screened in porch! It was an easy walk to the water front and there was a foot rinse thingy to rinse of the sand from your feet near the stairs going to the front door. Of all the places we have rented over the years, this is probably my favorite!

I was a bit concerned about this place since there were no recent reviews. However, it did not disappoint. The house was clean and maintained and met all of our basic requirements for our stay. The layout and floor plan was great for our small family and for the most part, the house was well stocked with all of the items needed for our stay. We had a great week of beach weather and the DFM (**** Fly Meter) was relatively low all week. We would definitely stay here again, but may need a larger place as our family continues to grow. Perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids.

Our family had a fantastic vacation at this beautiful house on a quiet street a very short walk from the beach. The main living area is spacious with tons of natural light and gorgeous views in every direction. There is a wonderful screened porch perfect for relaxing.

Well stocked, cute beach house with plenty of room for family. Easy walk to beach. Too far to drag our kayaks to launch directly into Bay, but lots of nearby options for easier launching of kayaks. Enjoyed morning paddles and bike rides with relaxing afternoons on the beach or playing games on screened in porch. Excellent week away!

We always enjoy our time at Broadkill Beach. Carl is easy to get in touch with and responsive if something pops up. We would definitely be interested in staying in the house again next year.
