The Space:

This stunning duplex Newport Bliss home sits right on Newport Bay, just steps from the beach. This property is the rear unit, a stylish townhouse with deluxe amenities, near the piers, parks, beaches, and loads of water activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and more. It’s the picture-perfect location for a Newport Beach getaway!

- A fabulous sitting area with lots of natural light, a Smart TV with cable, mini-fridge, fireplace, and 4-seater breakfast bar at the kitchen counter to enjoy perfect downtime moments at home after the sun and fun.



- There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances to prepare meals at home. Plus extras like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart, a blender for afternoon beverages, and a dishwasher for easy cleanups.



- Just off the loft bedroom is a cozy furnished balcony area to enjoy with a gas BBQ grill and cushioned seats to enjoy the fresh air, cocktails at sundown, or a good meal after all day at the beach.



- This stylish one-bedroom home with a studio loft accommodates 4 guests, as such:

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the rear unit of this duplex home, Newport Bliss (UNIT B). Both units at the home are separate rentals with separate entrances. Please note that the owner's yacht is moored out front, but it is not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

This is a famous So Cal location to visit and experience the high life. You’ll find yourself on the Newport Bayside with stunning views and just steps away from the docks where you can rent water equipment for a day out on the water.

- Prime location between Newport & Balboa Beaches, 1/2 mile to Balboa Pier, and 1.8 miles to the Newport Pier. If you walk from Pier-to-Pier, it’s 2 miles one way and a lovely beachside walk.

- Newport Pier has many attractions, excellent restaurants, and bars and the Balboa Pier area has fabulous views and a restaurant at the end of the pier. Plus, Balboa Park is there, a lively oceanfront park and a popular destination for beach activities.

- Take a ferry to one of the nearby islands like Balboa or Lido and enjoy strolling the cute streets for a day.

The home is a 15-20-minute drive (10 mi | 16 km) from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and an hour drive (46 mi | 80km) from LAX (Los Angeles Airport, north of Newport Beach).



The best means of transportation would be to rent a car or you can hire private transport (Towncar) or a rideshare service like Super Shuttle to and from the airport, of course, there are curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft as well as taxis.



Other Things to Note:

It’s a 2-story duplex home so guests will need to climb stairs to reach the upstairs unit. Please note, the loft bedroom does not have a door.



We provide some complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, and some toilet paper in the bathrooms but please note that these items are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.



There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned at any point during your stay, that service can be arranged for a fee.



The home​ is equipped with a noise monitoring system (not a recording device, it just measures decibels of volume) and when the noise level gets too high, it notifies us.



Please note that the owner's yacht is moored out front, but it is not accessible to guests.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs ion the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level. And no loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- NO PETS are allowed.

    We had a great time staying at this property. It was super clean, and we appreciated that so many items (like shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, clean sponge, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry soap ect.) were included for us to use. We were also impressed that it was such a quiet location even though it is very close to the fun zone. Thanks for a great stay!

    Very clean. Great Location. Close to everything. One Bedroom on main floor. Second bed is up a staircase with a pull out bed. Pull out was actually very comfortable. Only bathroom located in main bedroom. Great place for a couple to stay. Parking is a little tuff because of construction on across from our stay. Hard to get into carport. But no noise from construction. We were there Friday evening to Monday morning.

    This home is definitely a winner if you're exploring Newport on vacation. We really enjoyed the ease to the ocean and nearby bay. Excellent quality amenities and well appointed property. Ease of communication with host was also excellent. We did find the AC, TV and fireplace remotes not as user friendly as expected. We got everything working but it has a learning curve.Of note, this unit faces the alley and there is a major home construction project underway directly across the way. Due to construction fencing, the parking for this unit was not accessible twice, once because the cleaners were in shared driveway and the second when the front unit was rented on our last night and their van was in driveway. There are two designated spots for these front and rear units but with fencing sticking out in alley, only one large car can really occupy the drive at a time. We have an SUV, so a compact car might have better luck. We had zero issue finding nearby street parking, were able to load and unload easily in the alley both times, and this is simply our experience and meant to inform rather than deter. The construction noise is fairly quiet (talking, intermittent) but starts early. They are really nice workers, literally everyone in this area was really friendly. For an off season stay like ours, it was all part of the ambiance.The waterfront bliss earns it's namesake.

    Family and a friend went for a quick beach trip (2 14 yr olds). Had a blast. Super close access to Fun Zone, marina and local beaches. Kids loved the upstairs loft area. Small but cozy and a bit limited if you plan on preparing your own meals. Would highly recommend for short term visit’s
