Bayfront Single Family Home 2 blocks from the sand!

The house was darling, and the view was amazing! Short walk to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants. The hosts were super nice and responded to my questions promptly. Extremely pleased with my stay, highly recomend.

Beautiful location! Clean, comfortable and just altogether perfect. Kind and quick communication from host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially being able to fish from the dock. Caught sea bass, rays and saw a sea lion swim through the water. So fun!

It had a one car garage for a small car, but that’s all I needed and I used to live in the area so it’s awesome. It’s on the canal so it’s not noisy with people running up and down like on the boardwalk, but you only walk two blocks and you’re on the boardwalk and you can go anywhere. It’s beachy chic and and very relaxing. I will come back again.

We stayed a week and simply loved it. A very cute place in an ideal location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, the grocery store and plenty great places to eat.

Right on the water with turning basin in site. Large rooms, lots of towels and bedding. Comfortable furniture. Great patio on the water. Parking in the garage was really nice. Walk to the ocean was just fine. Two baths was a plus. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Small lovely place on the inland waterways with its own private deck 2 blocks from the beach in wonderful Newport Beach. Been coming to the area for years and such a great place. Thanks for a great time
