This space is shared with the upper residence, with designated areas separated by potted plants. The BBQ is stored beneath the stairs along the side walkway and can be moved to the front patio for use. Upstairs, a private deck off the primary bedroom offers access to the third guest bedroom and bonus room, along with an outdoor dining table for six, a comfortable lounge area, and a BBQ grill.

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided for your comfort.

Pets: This home welcomes a maximum of two pets (dogs only). Size and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the garage, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: Two spaces in the shared three-car garage on the right and left sides. The left side fits one standard vehicle, the right side fits a small compact car. There is an additional uncovered parking space directly behind the garage on the left side only. Street parking is also available in front of or near the home. Please be sure to check all posted street-sweeping signage before parking.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
