BAY VIEW HOME IN BROADKILL BEACH! 504 S Bayshore

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at 504 Bayshore. It was perfectly situated viewing the bay and driving distance to a national wildwife refuge to go fishing, hiking and boating at. The location was perfect as you could easily walk right to the beach. The house was squeaky clean and well maintained. It had beach toys for the kids, a kayak, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. for the beach. The property manager was responsive to our needs in a timely fashion. Definitely a great pick for our vacation!

The house had plenty of ammenities and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The use of the beach toys in the shed was very generous. The beach was great with just the right amount of people. Have already signed up for next year.

We enjoyed our vacation! The house was exceptionally clean! Two families with five kids and had a great time. Easy path to the beach. Owners left access to chairs and beach toys for guests! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of extras in the pantry for cooking, making frozen drinks, or whatever you would need. Great kids area with toys and family games! Bring bug spray for flies on the beach. Will come back here again to this beautiful home!

Stayed here twice now for an annual trip and it’s more than accommodating for five grown man children.

Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home - perfectly located in Broadkill, we walked to the store and the beach entrance was so very close, everything else was a short drive away (highly recommend the long Dogfish Brewery tour, well worth it!) The house was super clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and an ideal set up for our family - thank you so much for renting it out!

Property was clean and comfortable. Had everything needed in kitchen for meals plus a large table for a big family. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and quite a few decks for enjoying the water views and stars at night. Nice private beach to spend lazy days on away from the crowds. Close to the town of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach if you wanted to head out for restaurants and shopping.
