Balboa Island Beautiful Bay Front Ocean Beach House

Beautiful home, gorgeous views and perfect location. The host was proactive and communicative. Would absolutely go back!

This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back! It’s even better than the photos. Location is perfect — walk to restaurants, shops, or ferry, and beach is literally right out the back doors.

This was our 4th stay at this manager's property. All have been wonderful experiences with properties that exceeded expectations. We just hope there is availability when we need it! Communication is the best I have experienced on VRBO.

Julie was absolutely amazing and made our stay so great:) The house is clean & so beautiful. The patio quickly became our favorite spot to start and end our days. The location is perfect with so much to do all around you. Can’t wait to come back to visit soon!

Terrific that there is a garage for parking as the streets get crowded.Well equipped kitchen with everything you need.The condo was spotless, extremely comfortable and has a spectacular view! This is our 3rd time staying here and we will be back!Upstairs group cancelled, so they let us stay upstairs!

A beautiful home on the water. Great walkability and easy to take the ferry to the peninsula.

First class property all the way. Top notch appliances in kitchen and bathrooms. Great linens. Extremely comfortable and attractive furniture, well placed to enjoy the incredible view and television. Fabulous patio area and grill overlooking the best view onto the bay. Easy walk to both the main shopping Street (marine Ave.), and the ferry to the Peninsula. We went in mid September, which may have accounted for the quiet atmosphere. But it was lovely! Management responded immediately to our questions. Don’t miss this experience!!!

This was our third stay at the property since 2019. We have stayed in the upstairs unit as well. Honestly, it just keeps getting better. Very well maintained and upgrades noticed each time we have stayed. Communication if first rate! It will continue to be our first choice in SoCal!

As we did last year we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate. And everyone was more than kind that we dealt with.The weather was ideal, and Balboa turned out to be just as wonderful as we thought it would be

Great place with the family to ring in the New Year!! Few better locations in So Cal than Balboa and we had a great house right on the water a few steps down from the ferry to Newport. The accommodations were fantastic, the communication with the property manager was top notch and we can’t wait to stay here again! Thanks for a great week on Balboa.

This is our 2nd stay at this location, but our first time in the lower unit. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We spent lots of time in the living room and kitchen area with the doors open to the outside. We had coffee on the patio, sat on the sand in the afternoons, made dinner at home in the stocked and roomy kitchen and then back to the patio to watch the sunset and the Christmas lights come on. It was perfect. And, we can't wait to come back.

Mesmerizing and relaxing

We stayed at the oceanfront property on Balboa - we enjoyed the long walks and the downtown shops and restaurants. Balboa Island is a great place to vacation and we loved the VRBO property.

Beautiful balboa vacation home offering excellent views and a short walk to town and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here and communications with Julie were excellent!
