We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The large kitchen and living area were perfect for our group to gather and relax together. The location couldn’t have been better. It was peaceful and right on the water, yet just a short walk to town for restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

I am in love with this house!! This was the best stay I have had in the Newport/Balboa area. This was the perfect environment for our team to regroup and focus on wellness. The house has everything; comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and lots of cool added extras for fun in the sand and water. Super responsive awesome host. We all want to go back!! You won't want to leave! Stay here :)

The amenities were amazing, with access to bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, games, etc. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Our whole family loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Family Christmas trip

This home was perfect for my family as a home base during my son’s wedding weekend. In between wedding festivities, we were able to enjoy this beautiful home, right on the water. The home had everything we needed and was within walking distance of charming Main Street. Fully recommend for a Balboa Island getaway!

5 adults, 2 kids for Thanksgiving week. The property worked great.

We are a group of 5 sorority sisters who travel together for 4-5 days every year. This year our destination was Balboa Island. Out stay at Balboa Island Bayfront was perfect! The house is gorgeous with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. Out the front door is a personal dock with 2 double kayaks and 2 SUP boards. So fun! Lots to do in the part of Southern California.

A perfect family get away vacation home with lots of fun activities for the family to enjoy. The house was beautiful, clean, organized, and so well designed for the a large family.

The accommodations were spectacular and owner was easy to get a hold of. Had a memorable weekend!

Our stay at this lovely Balboa beach house was truly amazing. Arrival and entry was easy, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and more! Access to all the beach equipment, including towels, chairs, paddle boards etc. was such a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the island, exploring the shops and getting out on the water. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. The views, shoreline and private dock were so relaxing. I highly recommend this vacation home and hope to return one day soon. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for a very memorable 5 star stay.
