Beautiful and clean, perfect location! Walk across the street and you’re at the beach. Very nice and felt so safe. Kitchen has everything we needed as well. Will stay there again!

10/10 - enjoyed the harbor view, house is updated and was very clean. We will be visiting this property again.

The location two minutes from a great beach for the kids was wonderful. We also liked the great room with a large sofa, large dining table and kitchen island with room for all nine of our group.My complements to the cleaning staff. Everything spotless and well supplied.

Such an amazing place. Easy to get into. Clear instructions. Super clean. Host was available whenever we needed them. Pleasure to stay at and definitely would return to whenever in town. I miss it already.

Awesome place to stay in the Newport Beach/Balboa area. The house is located a couple blocks from the Balboa Island Ferry and Balboa Pier, so you can explore the marina and beach. The house is very clean and modern with a nice layout. There are stairs to get up to the unit for those who may have trouble with stairs. The open kitchen has a Thermador range and oven and is well stocked. The balcony areas have nice seating, including a balcony with nice views of the marina. The bedrooms were well appointed with very comfortable mattresses. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. There are also two bicycles in the garage that we used to ride down the boardwalk. Overall a great place to stay, it feels like you’re at a beach retreat!

This home is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. They did a great job and well worth the stay! Beautiful views and quick access to the beach and shops near by. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with two families and couldn’t have been happier! The location near Balboa Pier was perfect—just steps to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the ferry. So many activities for the kids too! The house is beautifully updated with stylish finishes, a gorgeous kitchen, and a new bathrooms. It was styled beautifully and SUPER clean - which I really appreciate. The beds were SO comfortable. I’ve never slept so good on a vacation before. The house was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Been to Balboa/Newport area many times. This is, hands down, the best place we have ever stayed! Hoping to book the same place next year!Shout out to Beach Bros! This service is a must for a family of beach goers in this area. They will set up chairs, umbrellas, games, fire pits, etc. Multiple packages and very affordable,

We love Newport Beach and look forward to returning next year. However, we found things not as they should be. Two of the beds had large pee stains on the mattress pads. The BBQ is older, and the thermometer for cooking was very inaccurate. Additionally, two of the burners would not light, which poses a fire hazard. The sliding glass door to the outside in the master bedroom has a non-functioning lock. And finally, nowhere in the ad was it mentioned that the house lies directly in line with planes taking off from John Wayne Airport. When I sent an email to the owner, I received a canned response in effect saying that what I had said was very helpful.

The property was fantastic, modern, clean, everything was perfect and as advertised. Kitchen and living room are very spacious, bedrooms very comfortable.

We were here for my Mom's 90th birthday. I grew up on 10th Street and this was the perfect place to stay. So clean and so convenient!

House was a great size for the 6 of us and perfect location to the beach. We had hoped the back deck was accessible from the main living area instead of everyone having to go through the master bedrooms. Overall it was a great place to stay during the boat parade.

We had a lovely thanksgiving holiday here! The location was ideal to hop on the ferry to Catalina island, walk the beach and watch the surfers. Great restaurants abound and the gourmet kitchen has everything you need to have a great meal in. We did all of those things and had a blast!

House was very nice with all the upgrades, location was amazing!

It was a nice property. The only drawback were the stairs but the whole area is built that way.

The house was perfect for the 9 of us. Kitchen nice and well stocked with the necessities. Wish it was stocked with some beach chairs. We always book our beach vaca’s through VRBO and all have accommodated for that. But not deal breaker. Would book again. We really enjoyed our stay and location.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 adults in town for an Aunt’s 90th birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for us to comfortably enjoy our stay. The location was fantastic & the property was clean & beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! It was walking distance to beach & bay & plenty of nice restaurants

This location was beautiful. It had wonderful views of the bay. It was within walking distance to everything; the beach, the Harbor, the Fun Zone, and great places to eat. The kids loved playing in the beach water and riding their bikes all over. The house was so beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for all ten of us. Shanti was a great host. She was always available to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Staying at this bay view home in Balboa Beach was amazing. The panoramic views of the bay were breathtaking. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the spacious deck for watching boats go by. The location was perfect too, just steps away from the beach and local attractions. It truly made our vacation unforgettable. Can't wait to come back!
