Stayed Mar 28, 2026Great stay at Aquatopia North. Wonderful pool, hot tub, kayaks, boat dock on the intercostal, and short drive to several free ocean beaches. The house was fully stocked with beach chairs, games, fishing gear, kitchen supplies, and tons of towels. Convenient to Stuart and shopping. Checkin and checkout were excellent. Our family vacation had something for everyone. We'd definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 16, 2026We enjoyed another fantastic vacation staying at Aquatopia North for 10 nights with our adult children and grandchildren. As always, the heated pool was a huge hit with our young grandchildren. The view from the gas fired seating area and dining table on the deck provided fabulous views of the river and the most spectacular sunsets! A highlight for all of us this year was when a manatee swam under the dock! We also enjoyed watching the pelicans dive for fish off the dock.A major bonus is all that is provided at the house- outside there are kayaks, paddleboards, water bike, fishing equipment, pool and beach toys, bicycles, and more. Inside the house is so well stocked with staples such as coffee and tea, condiments, spices, and also beach towels and toiletries. The service from Al Roberts and his team is exceptional! It gives us piece of mind to know that our vacation rental will be clean and well supplied, so we can just relax and enjoy our vacation!

Stayed Mar 27, 2025This house has it all! We loved everything form the gift basket to the coffee to all the toys you can imagine. We rented a pontoon and found an amazing little island with a sand bar. The beaches are all so close also. We will be back!

Stayed Mar 20, 2025When Al says you only need to pack your swimsuit, shorts and flip flops, he means it! This home is stocked with things I’ve never gotten at other rentals- spices, cooking oil, baggies, napkins, paper plates, coffee cups, coffee and a basket with creamer and sweeteners, nespresso machine also with pod assortment, condiment basket, beach towels,Bug spray, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, toothbrushes, robes and slippers, games and puzzles for adults and kids, video game system. Outside there are lots of seating areas, firepit, pool, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, water bike, beach area, lots of beach toys, life jackets for every size, bikes in all sizes, basketball, ladder ball, Cornhole, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, fishing poles and a dock. The kids and adults had a blast!! There are several beaches on the ocean within a 15 minute walk. On one side is a bedroom that can be twin beds or a king bed, a queen bedroom, a small hall bath and 2 single over double bunk beds that close off with a heavy curtain. On the other side is a king bedroom and attached bath. The garage has a studio apartment in the back of it. It has a king bed, sitting area and small kitchenette and bar fridge. There is a shower and toilet in there but no vanity area to do your hair or makeup. No dressers or closets either. Al was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had The views and sunsets and marine life were amazing!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025We loved our time at Aquatopia North! Beautiful location, amazing amenities and excellent management. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool so much and watching the sunsets on our deck. The fishing from the dock was so fun along with all the water toys! We couldn’t recommend this place more! We have stayed in several Beach Houses in Paradise properties and have never been disappointed.The heated pool was a huge hit with our young grandchildren! The outside dining table and the gas fired seating area on the deck were great and provided fabulous views of the river and the spectacular sunsets! We were excited to see dolphins swimming by two times! ( once when we were in kayaks)A major bonus is all that is provided at the house- outside there are kayaks, paddleboards, water bike, fishing equipment, pool and beach toys, bicycles, and more. Inside the house is so well stocked with staples such as coffee and tea, condiments, spices, and also beach towels and toiletries.The service from Al Roberts and his team is exceptional! Stayed Jan 17, 2025Weather was uncooperative, but home was beautiful. A tub would have been helpful for our 18 month old. Maybe recommend a baby bath tub. Gift basket, baby supplies and crib, and house supplies were greatly appreciated. Expresso machine and ice maker made wonderful, not anticipated, appliances. Private location with excellent view of Indian river, yet close to town. Would absolutely recommend to parties and families with six or less persons. Only two bathrooms but lots of beds. It was perfect for the two of us and baby.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025We have stayed in numerous rental properties, and this was managed better than any other property.. by a lot. Beach Houses in Paradise has set the bar for what I would hope for in every property. Everything you would ever need was provided with some very nice extras. Al was extremely responsive to questions throughout the process. The house was very comfortable. The pool was top notch. The view was beautiful. I would highly recommend this house and company!! (Just not when we want to come back.)

Stayed Oct 12, 2024We stayed at the property with our extended family for a week to celebrate a birthday. The house is very, very nice and still feels comfortable. The property manager has thought very thoroughly about what is needed and appreciated by guests and we found many things that were just so appreciated that made our stay easier and relaxing. They had a lovely gift basket waiting for us and all the coffee and tea and condiments we could have needed (and thankfully did not have to buy). The property has an extensive assortment of human powered water craft and is located in a quiet and secluded area that made it feel extra special. I really felt like this property manager and home were on another level compared to other properties we have rented with VRBO because they thought about the guests needs and wants and provided for them. Honestly, it made me feel special. We will definitely be trying to go back to this property in the future. I think this property is excellent for families with children (space and plenty of places to be active) as well as adults who just want to hang out quietly by the pool.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This house had it all. 2 Coffee makers, full kitchen, waffle maker, beach towels, pool, paddle boards, gas grill, dock on the intercostal. Ocean / beach access less than a mile away You can bring your own boat and jetskis. They can be kept on the water out back. Publix grocery store less than one mile away. Spent 6 days here and the time flew! Would def. Rent this property again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024This place truly has it all. Very well stocked for everthing you'll need. The pool was a bit warm, so Al had a sling cover installed the next day which helped tremendously with the sun and temperature. Beds were all very comfortable. Very private tropical vibe.
