This wonderful, upstairs vacation condo has become a favorite for sun-seekers to call their own for vacation dates all year long! With a taste of Aloha splashed throughout the second and third-level living spaces, each room is welcoming with natural light, comfy-yet-stylish furnishings, and all the fixin's for a relaxing beach getaway...and all of this just a block to the best beach in town (according to us locals); and 2 blocks to many of our commercial and food establishments, including the major grocery store. Here's what you'll find:

MAIN (Second) LEVEL 

LIVING ROOM:
- Leather sofa w/ ottoman; matching side chair w/ ottoman
- Cable TV
- French doors open to Juliet balcony with ocean view down the street

KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- Stainless steel major appliances; small appliances
- Barstool seating for 4 at kitchen counter
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

BEDROOM #1:
- Full size platform bed

Located near entry door

LINENS: 
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

 - 4 low-profile beach chairs; hair dryer; iron/ironing board
 - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner)

LAUNDRY:
Laundry closet located on main level along hallway; guests must provide their own supplies

PARKING:
- One designated space in the rear carport - alley access. Fits all size vehicles.
- The locked garage is for owner use only
- Guests may store bikes and other personal items inside the unit, or in their designated carport parking space. Guests may not store any items in the walkway between the property and the neighboring property per the terms of the HOA. 

LOCATION:
Just 1.5 blocks away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand (surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, volleyball, sun bathing). In addition, a small public bay beach is 3 short blocks away with an easy launch site for kayaks or paddle boards. Within 2 blocks, a playground for young children is a nice destination; Two blocks the other direction is the major grocery store and other conveniences. Everything needed or wanted is within close walking distance. Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! Discover world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away.

RECREATIONAL GEAR: 
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

    No dishwasher soap No Landry detergent Bad batteries in remotes (we called property manager letting them know the TV remotes weren’t working. They said they would send a runner by to check on them. The runner never showed up.) No pillows or blankets on living room furniture (once again for a home at this price, it never felt completely comfortable) Cheap mattress (for a home at this price, one would expect better mattress. There is room for a king in the south bedroom) Not enough bath towels Air conditioning not working in north bedroom Outdoor furniture rusted Need to pull front door closed while locking it

    The location and cleanliness of this property is great. This unit is best for those that eat out a lot. One queen bed is more comfy than the other…my boys 15 and 12 yrs old, chose to sleep together downstairs in the smaller double bed. One child is 6’2” so they were desperate. Very hard queen bed. Would be nice if garage was available for bikes , boogie boards, surf board, chairs…etc. Neighbors are nice but you can tell they don’t appreciate short term guests. Overall we had a wonderful short trip. Thank you.

    This was a perfect place for our stay. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The property was clean and the AC worked well.

    Amazing location, very clean and lots of space for 4 of us. The balconies for the 2 master bedrooms were fantastic. 2 minute walk to the beach and the grocery stores. Would stay again!
