Stayed Nov 26, 2025Great location with water views from front and rear balconies. Close to the beach and restaurants on a quiet dead-end street. The unit is very comfortable, newly refurbished, and well-appointed. Comfortable seating and beds. Lots of towels, blankets and supplies. The host was easy to communicate with. We'll hopefully have the opportunity to stay again.

Stayed Jun 29, 2023My family booked this rental house months ago as we’ve done many times in Newport Beach. With many rentals, the house doesn’t live up to the pictures on Vrbo or other vacation sites. This house far exceeded my expectations. Just one house away from Balboa Bay and a 3-minute walk to Newport Pier, this location is ideal. The exterior of this house doesn’t wow you, but it’s gorgeous inside. Beautifully remodeled and well-appointed, we were so pleased when we walked in the front door. Thanks for hosting and we will certainly grab this spot again on our next visit to Orange County. Thanks!!
