Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home, pleasant view, not much noise from other visitors in adjacent homes. But one toilet flush valve flapper needs to be replace since the toilet would just continue to run without helping the flapper close by continuous jiggling of the handle. Also, one of the small beds is just uncomfortable and seemed to be higher in the middle than on the sides. Maybe I'm a bit of a princess sleeping on a pea under the mattress--that's a fairy tale reference--but it made for a night of restless sleep.

Love Newport Beach the location being next to the bay and the beach at the same time. Warning!!! about the neighbors with this particular home. There is a rental on one side which was great but the other side two brothers and their wives and kids live there 24 hours a day seven days a week. You will notice there over grown storage room as you’re walking into the side door of this rental.They watch this property like a hawk very territorial about their parking spaces out front. They have overgrown their garage so they use 4 cars out front and space them out to make sure they always have parking available for themselves. We accidentally used one of these spaces when we first arrived, they happened to be gone for a minute and then we started to realize that we were irritating them by taking the free parking out in front. These neighbors made it very uncomfortable to be comfortable in the rental. We saw them everywhere on the beach on our walks on bike rides. It was like they were following us. It was really strange they didn’t work and they were always everywhere. Just a warning, very terrible neighbors for a vacation rental. It was sad to see that other reviews have mentioned the neighbors as well. These were the same neighbors that were there the first time the storage room was packed full last time this time they just added more people to their home more cars more kids.

Worked out perfectly for the 7 of us. Nice being on the Harbor side, very quiet. Garage was awesome to have in Newport. All in all a very nice stay.

We want to do again this next year for Parade if Lights.We had a couple of things that needed repair and Sarah at Burr White did a great job of having fixed.We have stayed with Burr White many times. You can’t beat the location but didn’t give 5 stars b/c the beds are getting a little soft and pink downstairs bathroom needs updating. Property management company is great too.
