We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Laundry: Shared coin-operated laundry facilities located in the laundry closet inside the property wall along Seashore Drive. Complimentary laundry supplies are provided; however, guests must provide their own quarters.

Parking: Two single-car garages. Mid-size vehicles or smaller. General neighborhood street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

    The home was exactly what we were looking for. It has 6 bedrooms and plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. The home is well equipt with all of the necessities. We were able to enjoy meals from home as well as out and about. It is literally steps from the beach and the sunsets were outstanding. We enjoyed them every night from the outside deck. The hosts were AMAZING and sent IMMEDIATE service when we had a small hiccup. They checked in frequently to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. 5 stars!! We will be back for sure!!!

    Host was so friendly. The house was in a perfect location with lots of rooms. Well kept, comfortable and within walking distance from pier. We did not use the garage as our car was too big, but had no issue finding a parking spot. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

    We had to buy more toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and only one towel per person for a whole week. The property could have been stocked with supplies better.

    It was fine except for the construction trailer & truck that were parked across the alley making it almost impossible to use the garages for cars. Also, the TV,s only worked sporadically. Need better internet there.

    We loved that we could walk to the beach. It was very beautiful and we loved that there were chairs and beach umbrellas to use.We really did enjoy our stay. The only thing that we didn’t like was it was not very clean.

    Perfect location - easy access to beach. Lots of space in home for our larger family. Parking garage bigger than anticipated (able to park a mini van). Clean, comfortable. Would recommend!

    Great location and easy beach access. Overall it is what you would expect from a busy beach rental house. One of the twin beds needs a new mattress, way too thin for an adult. Garages are very small and will not fit an SUV.

    This place was great! It wasn’t super clean which I was disappointed about, but it was nothing that I couldn’t fix. Likes: -steps to the beach -has washer dryer downstairs (coins needed) -outdoor shower was SO NICE -rooms were spacious -bathrooms were good size -house was cozy and comfy -kitchen was well stocked with utensils and items needed to cook -patio was really nice to sit out on and enjoy Dislikes: -so hard to find street parking and our wagoneer would not fit in the garage -felt like washer and dryer should have been free of charge -we got a parking ticket $70 for street sweeping that I felt the property manager could have warned us about (the signs on the street were not labeled well) -far away from boardwalk and shopping -beds were hit or miss on comfortability - some rooms were better than others -downstairs neighbors also renting space were nice but said it sounded like gymnastics upstairs. The house noise carried significantly between units -grill was confusing and hard to use so we just skipped it which was a bummer -they wanted us to put away our dishes that we ran in the dishwasher which felt ridiculous - if we ran the dishwasher the people coming in to clean should have been able to put them away -property management didn’t really try to make it right when I complained about cleanliness which was a bummer Overall it was a nice visit. I’m not sure I’d stay at that specific property again though. Although it was good for the large group we had.
