I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 generation family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in West Falmouth. The property was very clean and well cared for with a great kitchen. The front porch was shaded and kept us cool during the heat of the day - a great place to grab lunch or read a book when you need a break from the beach. The patio was great later in the day when it was cooler and you needed those last rays of sun. There is an umbrella for the table. Everyone enjoyed eating outdoors and playing cornhole on the lawn. There were 6 bedrooms, all well appointed - 4 on 2nd floor and 2 on the 3rd floor. 3 of the 4 bathrooms had showers plus there was an outdoor shower. The beach was just a short walk and is perfect to just relax. The older grandkids wanted a bit more excitement so visited some of the other Cape Cod beaches but they loved that the cottage was near plenty of restaurants and great ice cream shops and that it had plenty of room to be together as a family but also have space it you needed it. We had a great time here. One note, this is an older home and the stairs to the bedrooms are steep. We were fine but thankful the grandkids were there to help with the luggage.

The house itself is very old but has a nice charm. Comfortably held 10 people. Hospital nearby but never heard sirens. Loved the front patio of the home.
