Spend the day riding waves, then come home for afternoon barbecues on the patio or evening chats by the fireplace.



The living area blends total comfort and beach vibes. Settle into a plush sofa or armchair for a movie on the flat-screen TV or board game on cool nights night beside the gas fireplace.



With a fully equipped kitchen, you’re set for everything from pack-and-go beach picnics to dinnertime seafood feasts. Large cabinets mean plenty of room for groceries, and brand new counter tops provide plenty of prep space.



Fuel up in the morning at a breakfast bar with room for three, and linger over dinner at the dining table with seating for six.



An open concept design means sunshine abounds throughout the entire common space, and a dining room ceiling fan keeps you cool all year round.



Extra spacious and tastefully appointed with beachy accents, the master bedroom with ceiling fan offers a welcome retreat at the end of a day on the sand. With ample closet and wardrobe storage, plus an attached bath with tub/shower combination, getting ready is easy.



Younger guests will love having their own space in a serene, nautical-themed second bedroom, with two twin beds, ceiling fan and dresser storage, plus an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower.



Even when you’re not at the beach, you can soak in the sunshine on the private enclosed patio, located just off the living space. Fire up the BBQ for low-key dinners and dine around the table for four. Unroll the umbrella in the afternoons for cold drinks and a little bit of shade. From beach chairs to boogie boards, store all your gear in the secure outdoor closet. Other extras include a separate bay garage with one parking spot and washer and dryer in the garage.



Here, you’re surrounded by plenty of options for shopping and dining. Travel across West Coast Highway for casual eateries like Eat Chow and Spaghetti Bender, or head to Newport Boulevard for seafood restaurants, taco joints, and more along the water.

Guests have access to the entire lower unit of the property. As well as parking space in the garage all the way on the right side.

- Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

- No parties or gatherings.

- We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

    The house was great, clean, right by the beach, near to the shops and restaurants (just a short drive) and had good amenities, including body boards which we absolutely loved using! The house informatation was very detailed, if a bit complicated to access via the guest portal. It would be easier if this information was on Vrbo rather than having to go to another source. The only thing we struggled with was the door entry. The door is stiff and we really struggled getting inside every time. Actually panicked a lot the first day as we could not get in and I couldn’t easily see how I could contact anyone for help (we were from Uk so had a data only sim so this wasn’t the fault of the agency). I do think that door needs looking at or some better instructions for getting it open!Other than that we had a really lovely stay.

    Great property and great location. Property managers are responsive and easy to communicate with! It would be nice if there were a bit more comfortable seating in the living room and A/C, but other than that, everything was great! We'd stay there again.

    overall a very nice place. Location is great. Garage parking is very convenient especially for the location. Four complaintsThere was hair (human hair) all over one of the heater vents. Kind of gross. I assume the cleaning crew just missed itThe shower faucet in the second bath is a bit confusing. I believe the first lever controls the water and the one behind it controls the temp.The beds are a little hard but that’s personal preference. I wish they supplied beach chairs and beach towels. Over all nice place.

    Clean, quiet and convenient. We enjoyed our 6 night stay here. 1 minute walk to the beach. Parking was never an issue (I did park in the small garage a few times).Ample hot water in the showers after ocean swimming. Well stocked kitchen, we prpared several meaks and grilled.

    Communication with the property manager was poor. I tried twice to reach out, once with a safety concern and once to ask about leaving early, and got no response.The place was not entirely clean when I arrived, trash in the bathroom was full and on the floor. Other than these two things, great place to stay.

    Great location just steps from the beach, easy check in and out and very clean! Kids loved the beach toys and boogie boards! Would have loved to have additional beach towels available being that we are from out of town but listing was upfront about what was available and what wasn’t so definitely not something we were expecting :) would definitely stay with Burr White again!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent experience loved the condo and its proximity to the beach. Personally wouldn’t stay here in the summer with no air conditioning because with a ground unit not comfortable leaving patio door or windows open. Would recommend the installation of a ceiling fan in the living room area.
