5 Minute Walk to Beach & Dining, Ultra-Modern Amenities, High-End Kitchen, Open Patio

Great location. Place had everything we needed to enjoy meals at home and was also within walking distance to great restaurants nearby. Just a Quick few minute walk to the sand. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our weekend, it was the perfect location, and loved the modern feel of the property.

The property was located a short, five minute walk to the beach in about a 15 minute walk to the pier and downtown area. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee, shops, donut, shops, etc. everything your heart could desire. Parking can be a bit of a struggle, but it is a standard California beach town so that is to be expected. Accommodations were just as listed in the ad and I would highly recommend. Plenty of dishes, plates, towel, towels, etc. Pretty much plug-in play stay.

Perfect location! 4 minute walk to grocery store. Minutes from the beach. Also,close to lido shopping & restaurants. The host/manager was always there to answer questions. The only thing was the couch was older, small, stained,and uncomfortable. We were there a month & we wanted to buy a new couch. Kitchen was great. Loved the option to have open patio area.

Fantastic stay. Everything in the home was pretty much new and Scott responded incredibly fast for our questions and inquiries. If you’ve got a large vehicle, just be aware that parking is super hit and miss in the neighborhood and the garage is on the smaller side with a steep incline that goes under the house. Super short walk to the beach. Quiet safe neighborhood. We do night walks and it was great. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay again.

Great location just a short walk from the beach. Quiet neighborhood and road parking is fine. Well equipped kitchen and super responsive host when we had an issue with the internet which was fixed quickly. We go to Newport twice a year to visit our daughter so would definitely look up this place again.

This is a Newport Beach gem! Walking distance to the beach, a grocery store and restaurants. Home is lovely and exactly as described and photographed. Scott was a wonderful host!

We absolutely loved this Newport Beach location! Very short walks to morning coffee runs, fantastic dining on the waterfront, & even grocery runs. Scott was very helpful with instructions and suggestions for the local knowledge. While we wouldn’t encourage the sloped garage parking, unless you are very experienced; street parking is available with patience and you can easily load/unload in the alley. The open living area onto the patio was our favorite spot while at the home. This place has it all.

We had a lovely stay at the property. We found the house to be true to the description. The location is fantastic. Close to the ocean and within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants.

My basic expectation when I book travel is that my lodgings are clean and safe, and comfortable enough for a good night sleep, I mean, that is what you're paying for, after all. Unfortunately, this lodging could not deliver on several of these essential basics. The first issue was that the floor was filthy. It became immediately apparent having a 1-year old with us, as his knees, bottom, hand and feet were noticeably dirty after only 30 mintues. We could find only a vacuum and broom, no mop, which would explain the condition of the floor. I actually had to spend my first evening of my beach vacation shopping for a mop and cleaning the floor, just so our toddler could traverse safely around the unit.Secondly, although we requested AC shortly after arriving, we never received any response and no action was ever taken to address this request. Unfortunately, the room fan did not provide any releif for the only area that the pack-n-play could be set up in. And so, we had an uncomfortable toddler who did not get good rest. Which meant we did not get good rest.Lastly, although they advertised having a tub, the proper stopper was not installed so there was no way to use it. As having a toddler drove most of our booking choices, this was not ideal. The beds are not comfortable, the unit was not clean, we were not provided the ability to have A/C and the amenities were not as advertised. And the host was non responsive! Location was great, but cannot recommend in good faith.

Check in process was easy. Property manager was very responsive.

This place is exactly as advertised - great location, beautiful house with everything a family needs for a wonderful stay. Scott was a great host and promptly replied to all our requests. Would highly recommend!

This property is in a great location, was clean, updated, and the host was very responsive.

We would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was as listed, except for the garage situation. It's very impractical. After you book they say you will be parking at your own risk. That being said, the street parking worked out just fine for us! We never had to park more than a block away. This is a great location! Easy walk to the boardwalk/beach with shopping and restaurants.Everything in the home was clean and in working order. The beds were quite comfortable and the curtains blocked the sun nicely for sleeping. The couch situation wasn't the most comfortable, but we didn't spend much time indoors, so it wasn't a huge factor for us. Would recommend!

We enjoyed very much the property. Place it self and location. The owner/manager was very helpful. We didn’t use the parking because too risky but didn’t have any trouble to find a place in the area, except on Déc 31.

Clean modern, well located home within walking distance of the beach, a grocery store and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

The pictures are deceiving, the furniture is shabby, the couch has stains, neither bathroom has water pressure and it take about 10 minutes to get hot water. Very disappointing

The property was exactly as advertised - clean, modern, close to the beach. The photos were accurate and the price was very fair. Overall, an excellent experience for us.

Everything was just perfect. Very nice apartment, very stylish especially from a European perspective, everything you needed for a great barbecue on the terrace - and the most important thing: just a very quick walk to the beach. And finally - Newport Beach is the place to stay!

We had the pleasure of staying for at this house for 2 weeks. The home was perfect for 4 adults, it was clean and well-kept and in the perfect location to walk or ride bikes pretty much everywhere! The only suggestion I would make is to have thicker/nicer beach towels but other then that everything was wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay. The home is close to the beach and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Parking in the garage is a bonus. All bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Home is on a quiet street. Plan to vacation there again.
