This 2nd Level home has an oversized great room equipt with a Pool Table, Dining Room Table, Seating Area with Smart TV, gas fireplace, and attached Balcony with BBQ.

This property is centrally located on 51st Street North of Newport Pier. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home.     Overall great stay but the kitchen is poorly appointed, dining table and chairs are old and worn and should probably be replaced. Bedrooms were large however a few of us complained about uncomfortable mattresses. Overall enjoyed the stay and the property is very close to the beach.

    Everything about the property was excellent. Great location, clean and had plenty of spacd for our group of 10. Beds were a little firm but other than that small critique everything was great. Would definitely stay here again!

    The house is very well located. 1 block from the sand. Unfortunately the day when we arrived very strong cannabis smell received us. My daughter and grand son must to sleep in a hotel the first night. One of the beds have a couple of little ticks between the sheets. A guest was stung the second night.

    The Newport beach house was perfect for our whole family getaway. Instead of doing gifts this year for Christmas, we decided to vacation together instead. This five bedroom house was perfect for our family with both grandparents, mom, dad, aunt, uncle, two kids, and a dog. There was a bed for everyone and we slept comfortably. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was that it was within walking distance of the beach. We loved it and can't wait to be back.
