The Space:

3600 W Oceanfront is professionally managed byNewport Beach Vacation Properties. This charming little oceanfront beach house has it all, newly remodeled inside during March of 2025, location, location, location! Not only is the home located on one of the best stretches of beach in Newport, the boardwalk ends at the patio, so visitors can enjoy the best of both worlds - the boardwalk is steps away, but the sand is, too – the beach comes right up to your patio. The house features an upgraded kitchen and baths and an oceanfront master off the patio.



The bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen and living area are upstairs – to maximize ocean views. Granite counters and a breakfast bar with three stools give the kitchen a friendly, functional feel. The large dining table has six chairs for family meals. The oceanfront living area with a large sectional couch, full size sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV.



Both bedrooms are on the ground floor as well as a large Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The master bedroom has a king bed, sofa, wall mounted flat panel TV and French doors that open out onto the beachfront patio. Two twin beds and a full in the second bedroom, so the kids can all be together.



The home offers exceptional sunset and Catalina Island views plus views north to Palos Verdes and south to the Newport Pier. Right on the sand, the front patio has comfortable seating, a gas barbeque and an umbrella. Family memories made playing on the beach, in the waves and spending time with one another will last a lifetime.



A full-size washer and dryer are located alongside the one-car carport in a locked closet.



The beach at 36th Street is perfect for sunning, swimming, and surfing. Jetties at 32nd and 36th St keep the waves manageable for most of the year and shape the waves to make the beach here family-friendly.



Exploring the Peninsula by bicycle or on foot is easy via the boardwalk. The Newport Pier area is just a short stroll from the rental, with dozens of shops and local eateries. The Peninsula’s only grocery store and more shops and restaurants are all just a short walk from the home. You’ll want to come back year after year to truly discover all the area has to offer!

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

    We stay in Newport Beach Everyyear with our kids and this year we sprung to be directly on the beach. The location was great and watching surfers and dolphins every morning from the balcony was amazing and direct access to the beach was wonderful. We also got to do a lot of people watching as we were at the end of the boardwalk. The overall layout was fine, but what was definitely noticeable was the worn trim and need for paint. It would have been great to have a turf rug outside of the unit on the patio as well to get the sand off before coming in. So to sum it up, location was amazing and hopefully the new property management puts a little work into the place.

    This is the perfect getaway spot- Right on the beach. Love the vintage house- so pretty and fun- big giant sliders open on the balcony- lots of air and light upstairs. Good parking, beautiful view, quiet area (end of the boardwalk), good access to restaurants and markets and rentals. Love Newport Beach. Advice- bring your own linens and bedding, if possible- more comfortable. I would rather rent than own vacation homes, and this is a great one for a couple alone or with one or two kids.

    The property was perfect!! Right on the beach with great views. I would definitely have our family stay here again. House is not perfect but had everything you need. Great communication by Burr White reality. Cant go wrong with this place. I would advise future guest to bring beach seats and a canopy as you will most likely be on the beach a lot and maybe bring a small tub to fill with water and place at the patio entrance from the beach to wash the sand off your feet before stepping into the property. It will definitely help with keeping sand out of the house. Just a suggestion. Thanks again for the stay at this house...until next time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful. Loved the beach house and location. But locks are needed in the bathrooms, and an updated refrigerator, many of our items in freezer defrosted.Also, both sliding glass doors upstairs and downstairs need maintenance to lock properly.
