Welcome to this two story family home with a large deck at the front of the home on the second floor - a great place to dine outside. The first floor offers an open floor plan for the shared living area - living room with a 47-inch flat panel TV, dining area with a glass top bistro table and four chairs, and a galley style kitchen with a counter and three bar stools for grabbing breakfast or keeping the cook company. There are also two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor. Each bedroom has a queen & twin bed. The bath has 2 doors, so guests in bedroom 2 don't have to walk through bedroom 1 to get to the bath. The second floor is one large suite with a sofa, love seat and 48-inch flat panel TV in a living area, king bed and a twin roll-away bed, full bath, and a kitchenette area with mini-fridge, cabinets, microwave, sink and toaster oven. Sliding glass doors in this master suite open onto the large deck, where you may sit outside and enjoy the mountain views and fresh sea air.*DOES NOT INCLUDE GOLF CART IN THE PHOTO* 323CE | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
We had 5 Adults and 2 Children. There were enough beds for everyone. The upstairs bed seemed to be two beds pushed together. The unit was comfortable for us, and we would go back.
The house was perfect for three couples. We had a great time visiting. The upstairs deck was great. We had to wring the water out of the chairs before we could enjoy the deck, but this was the best part of the home. Sadly, the dishwasher was broken and no one with housekeeping noticed this and took care of the dirty dishes. We did had to do this before we could use the kitchen. The brother of the owner next door was available to help with the confusing heat/air. The house has no washer/dryer available for tenants so we did run out of clean towels & dishtowels.
It was a nice play to stay for a few days. House was a good size, neighbors were nice, and good location. Would definitely stay again!
Great location….loved the balcony! Only negative comment, second floor shower drained slow and did not have adequate pressure. Other than that, it was very comfortable and met all our needs.
From the minute you walk in, you feel at home.
The house itself was beautiful and as described. However, there were a couple flaws that needed to be noted. First off, the property management was very kind and got us an early check-in which was awesome. When we got to the house we had trouble unlocking the the box that was securing the key and unlocking the front door. There was 7 of us and it took four of us to open the door. The lock on the door desperately needs to be changed. It was a struggle each and everytime we got back to the house to open the door. This was extremely frustrating to deal with. The neighborhood is nice but there is practically no street lights, which makes it feel sketchy going back to the house at night. The closet door in one of the bedrooms downstairs wasn’t able to close, and the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. We were informed of these flaws via orange tape that was placed on each item with writing in pencil. For the price we payed, I would’ve liked to know of these things beforehand instead of seeing a bunch of orange tape posted about the bedroom. That was a little disappointing. There was also issues with the heater. We tried to turn it on and it didn’t work. It was super cold at night and we could have used that heater. Overall, the place itself was cute, clean and we had a good stay. Thank you.
The house is so beautiful and cozy! The only thing me and my friends had problems with is locking and unlocking the door, the key would not turn making it very long and tricky to open and lock.
This property was perfect for our family of 7. The location was so close to town and the updated bathrooms and kitchen were clean and functional. We walked almost everywhere. The stores and restaurants were all following Covid Protocols for LA county. We took the Conservatory tour in an open vehicle and it was very fun and educational. Would definitely recommend it! There is a great little snorkel/mask/wetsuit rental company close to where you exit the boat...the water was cold so the wetsuits made it much more fun. Only cons for the trip: because we stayed for an entire week, it would have been nice if we had had access to the washer/dryer; as stated, this property doesn't include a golf cart and those can only be rented elsewhere by the hour.
The rental was every nice and clean. It was really close to shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!
I would definitely stay here again.
Enjoyed our stay close to beach, playground, market. House clean and comfortable plenty of beds sleeps at least 8 comfortable. Although older house everything functioned properly. Had a great time
