I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BW very responsive to questions amd pleasant to deall with.The rental needs some upgrades and basic maintenance and upgrades.Needs some better lighting, inadequate light in any room to read.The curtains don’t fit the sliding door.Blinds in bedrooms are rather disheveled.Could ise a permanent coffee filter in order to make first pot,or bring your Keurig cups!The second BR bed is like sleeping in a water bed

Stayed Oct 25, 2023Family stay for a wedding near where we used to live. A fantastic return to see some old favorites and visit some new ones. Our VRBO was a perfect base of operations, near where we needed to be, just right for hosting. Can't wait to go back!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location for walking to beach and nearby restaurants. My overall would be a 5 instead of a 4 if the owner would just update a few things. The window blinds in the living room do not work and the slider to the front patio is hard to open and falling apart. Also please have the maid service put the linens on the beds. The guest should not have to do it. The master bed was very comfortable but my guests said the middle room bed caved in the middle.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came in the week of September 20, 2023 for my daughters wedding, and we had guests arriving from all over to accompany us at this location. Upon arrival, the place looks like a party house and was not clean and the rooftop area was nasty along with the screen door was broken, and the vent in the house had so much dust and mold that people that were staying with us had major allergy problems because of it, the pictures that they show on here are not at all what the place is.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Nice place for the 4 day weekend. Close to beach, restaurants and store. House was clean and plenty of amenities. Would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: We rented the downstairs unit for a week this year The location was good near grocery store and the boardwalk- a short walk to the beach and a view of the “pirate house” Beds needed replacement and the couch was broken down The place was worn but the price was good I can’t say enough about the staff at Burr White They were very accommodating and when we notified them of the broken box fans they were replaced the next morning All in all it was clean and all things functioned just a little worn
