Stayed Mar 7, 2024Great house and location! Will stay here again! Everything worked and having bikes was a plus! A suggestion would be that more bathroom towels be provided so we didn’t have to wash them everyday and that sheets be put on beds. Not a deal breaker but more for convenience! Overall A!

Stayed Oct 6, 2023Enjoyed a wonderful weekend of sun, beach and exploring with our young girls and two friends. House has everything you need for the beach, including toys, chairs, bikes, towels, games and boards. Layout of house was great. The living room/patio area is perfect for a group. We had a rental car but really didn’t need it. We walked to all restaurants and activities. October is a prime time to be in OC!

Reviewer Comments: Fall Break with my daughter and 3 teenage granddaughters for last 4 years. Bikes for everyone, beach chairs, towels and toys all in working order. Nice appliances. Carport large enough for BIG Expedition. Love grilling/ eating on patio. Beds are cozy. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops all close. Owner and Burr White super friendly and easy to work with...keep up the good work. Definitely recommend and will go back again next year.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying in this propety. The location is AMAZING. Close enough to everything and all the excitment but far enough away not to be in middle of it all. The description says it is 2 blocks from the beach however, it is actually much closer. It is about 10 houses from the sound.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year renting this unit and we had another great time. The location is great with quite a few full time residents on this section of the street. Everything worked well except the normal setting on the dishwasher. It continue running after 2 hours so we ended up changing the setting to one hour which worked fine.

Stayed Mar 24, 2023We absolutely loved our stay. The house is well equipped in a great location near the pavilions and beach. The bikes and wagon make it so easy to get around. The kitchen has everything you need. We met the owner and he is was so kind. Will for sure rent this home again.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for Fall Break for mother, daughter, and 3 granddaughters!! Right in the middle of beach, boardwalk,restaurants shopping and more. Equipped with bikes, beach chairs, towels, toys, boards. Clean, cozy beds, lots of extras. Especially enjoy spacious patio with gas grill. Everything in working order. Excellent, friendly & responsive management. We will definitely stay again.
