The Space:

2010 W Oceanfront is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This upper unit rental sits at the base of the Newport Pier and on top of the snack shop, Pipeline. Your in the center of all the action and surrounding shops and eateries - you’ll have the best of the beach at your feet.



Enjoy cool sea breezes, the sound of the surf andbreathtaking ocean and Catalina views from the deck off the living area. The comfortable living room has a flat panel TV, ample seating for the whole family along with a pull out sofa bed. A nearby dining table has seating for six for quick meals or family dinners. The newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need for whipping up family meals.



Two tidy bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a set of twin bunk beds and a twin bed, share a hall bath. The full bathroom features beautiful tile and fixtures with a mosaic back splash on the sink and decorative mosaic accent in the shower.



The rental has one assigned, non covered parking space off the back alley. The laundry room is downstairs at the rear of the snack shop Pipeline, on your right as you enter through the back.



The bike path/boardwalk runs right out front, your ticket to exploring the Peninsula on two-wheels or on foot. The Newport Pier is just outside your door with shops and local eateries galore. The Balboa Pier is a mile and a half away – a 30-minute walk – with more shops and restaurants. The grocery store and more options at 32nd Street are a ten-minute walk.

    This is my wifes favority Newport Beach rental due to its location. Unfortunately this time we ran into some rather dissappointing issues. There was lots of dust on the window covering in the master bedroom, a pretty dirty area rug j.

    Patio heaters were a lifesaver during 2025 rain. Location is great. Very well stocked w pans and bedding etc. Comfortable bed. Parking spot was fine. Laundry room only available during restaurant hrs. I will stay here again

    Location was amazing! House was clean and cozy. View from the balcony is just like it’s pictured and it’s walking distance to food, drinks, desserts, etc. definitely would stay here again.

    There is nothing better then staying on the beach. Getting to watch the beatiful sunsets and hear the waves. This location was so nice right on the Newport Beach Pier.

    This was my family's first Spring Break stay in Newport. This location was wonderfully placed near the pier boardwalk to be close to the restaurants and shops yet it was private enough to step away when you needed some quiet. The location over the Pipeline was quiet and the view was amazing! We appreciated the heaters on the balcony and inside the home as well. The house is updated and has a warm beach vibe. It was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and the property management team was very efficient and helpful. The welcome gift was a wonderful touch! Thank you Vicki from Burr White, we appreciate your help! We would definitely book again!

    This property is at Newport Beach Pier right on the walking/biking trail to Balboa Pier (1.5 miles). It is an older (classic!) unit, but is clean and has a renovated kitchen and bathroom. It is above a take-out restaurant that is hardly noticeable (no smells or noise). Great place to stay!
