Stayed Feb 15, 2025This property had a great location, the beach was so close! And it had plenty of space inside for our family. The biggest room easily fit two pack-n-plays without feeling cramped. The living room was also spacious. The house did feel like the floors needed a good deep clean, and there were ant-baits hidden in every corner. While I appreciate not having ants, it probably would have been best to remove or dispose the traps before we arrived - not exactly safe for kids with ant bait everywhere. We had a bit of difficulty getting in the front door initially, but were able to contact help easily. Only thing I really wish was that the blinds in the bedrooms were less sheer - the street light outside made the room bright at night even with the blinds fully closed. Overall a very nice stay.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024Here you go! Feel free to add or edit :) I can also email it to you if that’s easier. If your only criteria is being close to the beach, this is a great option. However, if you’re looking for a space with charm, views or any sense of modernity, cleanliness or ambiance, you should probably pass on this rental. Some of the issues we experienced while staying there were: • Dirty floors and showers • Ants in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. They were so bad that we unknowingly brought home a suitcase full of ants crawling all over our clothes. • Toilets that had to be plunged after every use. • Showers that screech like the plumbing is exploding. • Multiple outlets that don’t work. • Awful pillows, bedding and mattress with a single extra blanket for 4 bedrooms. • Spiderwebs in rooms and all over patio.

Stayed Sep 1, 2022Really enjoyed staying here over a long weekend. House was one block to the beach and only a few blocks from a grocery store and bars. Unless you are ready to share beds (and use several air mattresses) this place is a TIGHT fit for 10. Also no air conditioning which normallly isn’t an issue but during a California heat wave, made for some really hot uncomfortable nights. Overall would stay here again but would want to stay in a group no larger than 6-8.

Stayed May 17, 2022Had a few issues with the unit, and the property manager was very responsive. Loved out time there. The only issue is that some drunk people banged on the door at 3 am on a Saturday night because they thought they just left here. That has nothing to do with the unit. The area does have parties on weekend nights despite the noise ordinance. No worries.
