    Well, worth the money short walk to the beach numerous restaurants just across the street. Not to mention the evil donut shop, But it’s vacation so I’ll have one or maybe two. Boogie boards need replacing

    The location is close to the boardwalk and Beach. The property is on a VERY busy street. There is no a/c and no dishwasher. You have to leave the windows open to not melt. If you have little kids it will not be quiet at night-partiers and traffic will be constant noise. The outside patio is tiny, the ground is not swept and the furniture is dirty and worn out. This rental is through a third party so it’s not by VRBO. You have to fill out another waiver and all these forms including a new credit card authorization form . It’s a pain. The rules and charges were obscene!! Just ridiculous things to charge for i.e. $25 for a make up stained washcloth or towel, $50 for this or that. A $100 damage wavier before you complete the third party rental management company required docs… just so much minutiae.

    Pros: Close to beach, the place felt clean, we love Newport in general. Cons: The beds were horrible and the cots for guests 5 and 6 were stained and broken. There wasn’t enough equipment for 2 units of guest (2 bikes, 2 boogie boards, and 6 beach chairs for our unit and the larger downstairs unit to share.) One of the bikes had a flat that we left a voicemail about with no response. We fixed it ourselves. It is right next to the main road, so a little noisy. The garage door had issues shutting the entire time we were there. Nothing was bad enough to ruin our vacation, but considering how much we paid for our week stay, I was not impressed by the rental or Tower 17 as a company.

    we loved this apartment! It was very spacious. Lots of room for everyone. Great location! We could walk to the beach and they have lots of sand toys. And things to bring to the beach. It was easy to find parking was great. We were happy overall.

    Excellent place to stay for a few days. A touch loud with a large street just off to the side of the house but that didn't ruin anything for us. There was also an ant problem in the kitchen. It looked like they were actively fighting it with traps but there were many living ants.

    The property location is great, the place is cute inside. The only negative is the patio furniture needs to be repainted, refinished or replaced.
