18 acres of pure beauty mix of woods and pasture!!

My family had a wonderful weekend at this house! The location is beautiful and near lots of things to do. The house had all the amenities we needed and was clean and ready to go upon arrival. If you’re looking to spend time exploring the Virginia Creeper Trail or a little longer trip to the Grayson Highlands or nearby towns, I would recommend this house.

We LOVED this home! It is beautiful and cozy. It had plenty of room to roam. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for the Virginia Creeper Trail. It was quiet and It was WELL stocked. I highly suggest this property. Communication was great! Thanks again

It was such a lovely home for our weekend in Virginia. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer home. The views were beautiful and the long drive up to the house was so quaint. We loved out time.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was perfect for our family get together!! We really appreciated the nice touch of fresh flowers on the counter and the history of the home previously being in the owner's family! Great stay!!!

This house is a great place for those looking for relaxation and peace and quiet. Your off the main road but you have neighbors and the river not to far away. Property owners were very responsive to any small issues we had. Enjoyed the large deck for eating family meals and just hanging out. Fire pit and grill both came in handy. Unfortunately didnt see any bear, but saw several deer around the area. House was spacious with many amenities. That 2nd floor bathroom is something that has to be seen to be fully appreciated. Would definitely consider staying again if we come back to this area.

The home was beautiful, a nice little retreat. An adventure to get back to and definitely somewhere we will be back. Communication was great, definitely take food in. About 15-20 minutes to the closest store. But we all can’t wait to be back. Perfect for visiting the family over the weekend.

Wonderful relaxing home and property. Very quiet and peaceful location. Great space for kids and animals. Kitchen well equipped. We had a family gathering for Christmas and the owners had decorated for the holiday, which was a very welcome surprise. Highly recommend!

The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable, surrounded by flowers, bushes and trees and acres of dense forest beyond. Our pups loved the big yard with lots of things to sniff. We loved having our morning coffee rocking on the wrap around porch watching the sunrise – the view was breathtaking. It was an easy drive to Damascus for walks on the Virginia Creeper Trail and the Appalachian Trail. For the most part, it was relaxing and peaceful in Campbell’s Hollow, but for a couple of afternoons where we heard gunshots sounding like someone nearby doing target practice. I’m mentioning this for those visitors that may have pets sensitive to loud noises (like ours) or are Veterans with PTSD. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay at Campbell's Hollow and hope to visit again someday.
