Stayed Oct 3, 2025Location was perfect and the house was well stocked with pots, pans, and necessities. The beds were comfortable and the layout was spacious so everyone could spread out and find quiet. The fire pit was safe and surrounded by sand and there was even firewood! We had a great stay!

Stayed Sep 19, 2025We used the house for a cousins reunion and it was perfect. Due to the size of the house, we all had enough space when we were together, and enough private space when we weren't. It was perfect for our reunion.

The home is beautiful, clean and very functional for a large group. Everyone can be together or there are plenty of other spaces to spread out. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The house was equipped with everything you could need and the views of the reserve are stunning. The location is close enough to the more populated beaches that you can still enjoy their activities if you want to. We highly recommend this house and look forward to coming back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staircase inside the home going up has a step that is longer than regulation step length. I tripped up it and fractured my foot. I would recommend it be fixed! However, we were over capacity and were allowed to stay. So that made up for the broken foot!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The house was very nice and in great shape. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and a short walk to the beach. It's in a very quiet area that's also only a short drive to groceries and other necessities. Rehoboth is only a 30 minute drive as well.

We had 10 in our group and it never felt crowded. House was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen has everything we needed for our big breakfasts and dinners. Also a great location only a short walk to the beach.
