130 39th | Stunning 3 Story w/ Rooftop Deck

We had a great time house slept us all very comfortably. Great distance from the beach to pop back and forth. We did a rate it a 5 star and would stay again. We did wish there were more towels to have as many people as we did staying I would have liked to see more towels and not be using the same two towels all week. The sheets could use an upgrade as well they were rough. The place stayed nice and cool but if you need extra bedding because your cold bring it. There was really no extra blankets or pillows.

Overall it was nice! Kitchen had everything you need. Lots of towels in bathroom. Comfy living room couch. Large dining table -seats 8. Two car garage. 5 minute walk to beach. Great management.

We stayed with our three grown children that met us in Newport Beach. The house is exactly as described. (Including the construction next door... that was not a big deal at all). There we ample towels and other amenities. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. The only item that we needed help with was the garage door, and they handled it in less than an hour. The location was great and we quickly realized just how much everything was within walking distance.

The house itself was perfect layout for 6 adults and 1 toddler and a baby. We really enjoyed the convent location as it was walking distance to the beach, a park and stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the different levels especially the rooftop. However when we arrive the outdoor courtyard area had a pile of beach toy and chairs which were full and sand and an unorganized mess which the patios looked like they had not been swept or blown. Also, the floors of the entire house were dirty as our sock and our toddler and crawling baby’s feet and hands were filthy after time spent on the floors. There was sand on the lower bathroom floors and the master bath tub prior to our use. When you read the check out list the property management states to leave the toys clean and put back in place and do not leave sand on floors or tubs. Management has been notified. I just wonder what our cleaning fee covers?
