The Space:

129 G St is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. Welcome to Peninsula Point! This spacious one-story home, located in a quiet, residential area is within easy walking distance of Balboa Pier. Plenty of cozy seating in the living area and an enclosed side patio with a BBQ make the home a comfortable option for families looking for a more out-of-the-hustle and bustle rental.



Enter into a large, split living area with a couch, which folds out into a sleeper, and built-in bench seating on one side and, on the other side, two loveseats and a colorful bench on the other.



The light, bright dining room has a large oval table and six chairs. Just beyond, the updated kitchen has more than ample counter and storage space for serving up family meals.



The first bedroom is just off the kitchen with a closet and an adjacent newly remodeled full bath. The middle bedroom has a queen bed, the back bedroom a king with a half bath in the hallway between. The back bedroom has a sliding glass door to access a rear deck. The sofa sleeper in the living area turns into a queen bed.



Soak in the sunshine from three outdoor patios. The elevated front deck at the entry has a table and chairs for enjoying bay breezes. The side patio just off the kitchen has a gas barbecue. The back patio off the bedroom is unfurnished, but allows for lovely, cool airflow.



The garage is not available to guests street parking is almost always available. The spot on the street directly parallel to the garage door can be parked in.



Stroll to the sand for an afternoon of beach fun or walk on the sand or boardwalk, which begins a few blocks away, to the Balboa Pier area for an array of shopping and dining options. Stop at Cabo Cantina for happy hour margaritas or Harborside for seafood and views of the bay.



Win classic carnival prizes at the Arcade and ride the Ferris wheel at The Fun Zone or cast a line off Balboa Pier and fuel up with burgers or salads at Ruby’s retro diner. The ferry ride to Balboa Island takes just minutes and opens up a whole new set of shopping and dining options.

    Only a 2 min walk to the beach and a fun front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee. The outdoor shower was great for our teenage boys when we would come in from the beach. Beds were comfy, seating was great for our family of 5.

    We had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone. Other reviews were concerned Of the construction nearby but we didn’t have any issues with the noise. Beds were comfortable. Beach was next door, and nearby food / shopping was just a 5-10 min walk. Great location!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always this is the best beach house on the block! Cozy and just a few seconds from the sand. My family and I have been coming here for the past 9 years and each year is better than the last! If I have to complain about something it would be for the cleaners to pay close attention to the amount of dust on the walls in the bedrooms.

    Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this home and have stayed here for several years mows. Each time the cleanliness of the property gets worse. This time, upon arrival, the house was filthy. We had to spend the first few hours cleaning the property. Even after the maid service came, the home was gross. I’m not sure how much you pay for the cleaning service, but I would like to have my cleaning fee refunded. Seems very unfair that I paid for a service that I didn’t receive. It’s disgraceful that I was forced to spend any amount of my vacation time on cleaning the home just to make it in a livable state. It’s theft that I be charged for a service I didn’t receive. Again, the property was filthy and I spent several hours of my time cleaning the property!

Our only complaint was the outside of the house was very unkept , weeds every where around the house and inside the fence. Also, the couches were filthy underneath, my grandson dropped a toy and it was super gross. Everything else was great, we have stayed there twice.

    We had such a wonderful trip as a family! The house was adorable, clean and comfortable for our 6 family members. Bedroom #1 has a comfortable king sized bed, bedroom #2 and 3 have comfortable Queen sized beds. There is a queen sized pull out couch bed in the living room. The house is well stocked with enough dishes, pots, pans, dish soap, etc. The coffee pot is drip type. There were a few beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use. The location is phenomenal! Just steps to the beach or bay and only a 15 minute walk to the pier and fun zone. We had a great time!

    The home was beautiful, location was great but in the listing they advertised 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen. However when we arrived we discovered there was 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king. When I informed the management company they acted confused and told me the pull out couch was a king which it wasn't either. They need to update the listing. The house looked very clean when we arrived but after a few mins of being there our kids feet were black from the floors. The sheets provided by the linen company were ripping and peeling and needed to be thrown out. The towels were also awful. The house needs a deep clean including the furniture, it all felt a bit dirty and you didn't really want to sit on the couch. I asked ahead of time if there was construction since I had read another review and the management company told me they weren't sure. The management company is located about a mile or two up the road they could of checked. Anyways the house next door is under construction and the whole street and sidewalk directly outside the property is under construction and the workers took up must of the parking and were very loud. Most of the time we could only use the side door to get in and out of the property. You couldn't enjoy the front deck because there were workers and constant noise. Overall the location felt safe and the house was cute. I think the house needs a deep clean, management company needs to find a new linen provider, and update the listing regarding the bedrooms.
