This house is everything you want !! It’s not only beautiful it is relaxing and tranquil .Gorgeous tile and details ! Very beach ...feels like a resort !!!Beds are big and cozy. lush garden with breezy doors . Great location to EVERYTHING. restaurants. Beach SHOPPING ! Not to mention a lovely hostess as well. Booking this piece of paradise is highly recommended! After an exhaustive search of many properties, we selected this property for a very special multi-generational family vacation. (Group of 7, ages 4-77). I wanted to create closeness, but also allow for privacy. I wanted some luxury, but also to feel close to the natural surroundings. This home exceeded our highest expectations in all areas. The layout is thoughtful, with families in mind. Quality, tasteful and comfortable decor and furnishings throughout and appliances top notch. The home is beautifully decorated, no detail was spared. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bathrooms sparkle with luxury.... bath towels and linens are all 5 stars. Numerous cozy nooks and places to enjoy the sea salt air while reading, entertaining or enjoying intimate conversations. Extra touches throughout which reflect pride of ownership. Optimal location for exploring all of Newport and surrounding beaches, but in a secure and safe, quiet residential area that makes you feel like you have your own private island! Owners Gigi and Nicole were responsive, and warm and really committed to ensuring we enjoyed our stay, which we all certainly did. It felt almost like borrowing a good friend's vacation home and we definitely plan to again!!!

My husband and I spent ten wonderful days here. We live only an hour or so away and just wanted a getaway where we could invite the family down and be away from the daily chores of life. At various times throughout our stay we had up to 8 people with us (plus one six-month old baby). The house was meticulously clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The location was wonderful -- walking distance to several pocket parks and bay beaches and including the yacht club beach which was clean, quiet, uncrowded with clean bathrooms and plenty of free parking. A short walk or shorter ride over the bridge took us to Lido Village for restaurants, shopping and movie night. The only thing Lido Isle lacks is a grocery store -- and that was only a few minutes across Newport Boulevard, but definitely not walking distance. The house came equipped with anything you would want for the beach - coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs. There were bicycles and tennis rackets (and a nearby tennis court). Our hosts were friendly and responsive and were genuinely interested in our enjoying our stay... which we certainly did!

What a beautiful place for a family holiday! A lot of great things to say about our stay. Location is a 5 minute walk to Lido Village. It is also conveniently located right off the 55 freeway and Newport Blvd. The downstairs allowed for plenty of room for our two grandchildren (5 yrs and 6 months) to roam. The 4 bedrooms were all super comfy and decorated beautifully as was the rest of the house. Backyard was used quite a bit just to relax and have breakfast or for some fun dinners grilling seafood. The Master Bedroom has a great balcony for sipping a mai tai at sunset or just reading a book. Air conditioning was great but only used it a couple of times. Glassware and utensils provided were more than enough including 2 coffeemakers (one with timer and the other a Starbucks machine). Anything you could think of, including spices, were provided by our host. We would gladly stay here again if opportunity presented itself. Forget Four Seasons Resort! This is 5 Star at its finest!

This enchantingly stylish Italian motif detached home, nestled in the trendy and exclusive Newport area, provided 5-star comfort and amenities to this itinerant guest seeking extended relaxation with occasional local maritime activities. The bedrooms are tidy and spacious, the living room well appointed, the modern kitchen and family area are functional and inviting, and the adjacent outdoor private patio is private and secluded, surrounded by myriad tropical plants, exotic flowers, and sound absorbing shrubbery. To facilitate a proper night’s slumber, take a serene evening walk along the conveniently located breezeway, with sea salt scents, and gaze at arriving and departing mariners in the bay, under a starry filled sky. Awake to day full of activities; steps to beach, or shop at nearby Fashion Island, dine a fine restaurant on the bay, and then ride the ferry into the nightlife. Already reserving next year’s month long stay.

The only that wasn't a 2 minute walk is a grocery store -- and that was only a few minutes across Newport Boulevard. The house came equipped with anything you would want for the beach - coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkels, etc. There were bicycles and tennis rackets (and a nearby tennis court). Our hosts were friendly and responsive and were genuinely interested in our enjoying our stay... which we certainly did! The only problem with this property is having to leave and return home!

We all enjoyed a really fantastic stay in this beautiful home. We have to say though, that the photos don't do it enough justice and we thoroughly recommend any families or couples to book this house. We loved sitting on the balcony for an 'beachy' feel in the quiet privacy of this beautiful setting catching the morning and evening sun, kayakking and paddle boarding in the bays and ocean, or strolling a short distance across to those pretty beaches in the mornings. The house was exquisitely furnished, to good taste and high standard, with great cooking/kitchen facilities, although there were an abundance of nice restaurants and fun coffee shops and juice bars within walking distance to tempt the taste buds. The private enclosed backyard was perfect for our barbque/tropical drink dinners. The owners were very accommodating and did their best to check out information beforehand, to make sure that the house would be suitable for our whole group. With so many great things to do in Newport and other locations near by, this was our perfect holiday - but we wished we had arranged to stay for longer! Definitely would have enjoyed another round of golf at the Pelican Hill Resort and another spa treatment....The house is within relatively quick and easy access from John Wayne airport for those of us who had different family members arriving with different schedules, as we did. But this hopefully means we can go back and explore further at a later date, which we really look forward to! We all enjoyed the comfort of this home, and highly recommend to others.

Our stay at the gorgeous island pad could not have been any better! The location is perfect - right on Lido Isle away from the touristy parts of Newport, and steps away from the gorgeous bay, beaches and parks. Loved being so close to Newport Beach beaches as well, just a walk or bike ride away! Perfect sunsets and 5-star restaurants walkable and nearby! The house itself was immaculate - upgraded, clean (a must for me!), with all the amenities and surprise toys for the kids. Great backyard with lights abovehead - perfect for a BBQ with the family. Tennis courts on the block, so my husband and I got to hit a few balls while on this spectacular vacation. Thank you, Gigi! We'll be back!
