Signer of the rental agreement must be 25+ years of age
Signer must be present at check-in with valid ID
Signer must occupy the property for the entire stay
Renting for underage occupants without a qualified renter present for the duration of the stay is prohibited

A signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required to complete your reservation. Please contact us if you would like to review the agreement in advance.

Parking Enforcement
No illegal parking, including behind the garage or in the alley. Violations may result in city fines of $2,000+ for which the renter is responsible.

Noise Enforcement
Parties or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000+ and/or immediate eviction without refund, for which the renter is responsible.
Exterior security cameras are in place.

Service Animal Policy
Hosts are allowed to ask:
Whether the guest requires a service animal due to a disability.
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.

Service animals must:
✔ Be under the handler’s control at all times (leashed, harnessed, or otherwise controlled)

    We loved our stay!! It felt like a cute little cottage. It’s not updated but we liked that. It’s super charming. Very clean. I appreciated the supplies provided. The bikes and beach gear were so helpful!! Several coolers as well and lots of toys. The location is super quiet and a short one minute walk to the beach. The host met us there to make sure we got settled in and help with anything we needed. We loved it. We would stay again!!

    The house is nice and in a great location. The host showed us how to park in the garage which was really helpful. They had booth boards and bikes which was nice. They are very strict about no one else at the property because of city ordinances. But the rest of our wedding group staying in Newport didn’t have this limitation. Because of this, if we were here visiting others again, we’d choose differently.

    Loved the space, it suited our family of 5 very well with plenty of space to hang out, eat, and sleep (and 2 bathrooms!) The location was so close to the beach, with plenty of supplies to enjoy it with. The hosts were excellent in communication, and we were very happy with the whole thing!

    We had an amazing stay at this cute beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk (less than a block!) to the ocean. The hosts were fantastic with communication and even met us at check-in, which made everything super smooth. The house had great amenities to keep us entertained, and it really captured that laid-back beach vibe. It was clean, cozy, and perfect for our group of five. Plus, we were close to so many great restaurants and fun things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

    About a block to the beach and a block to food! The donut shop on the corner is open 24 hours on the weekend and the donuts are amazing. Liquor store in the same shopping center has great selection and prices. Grocery store with Starbucks inside is a short drive. Property was exactly as described and fit us all perfectly.

    We enjoyed our stay immensely at this cozy house in Newport Beach. It was a perfect place for us 4 adults and 2 kids to stay comfortably. Everything we needed was readily available - even beach cruisers! We would stay there again for sure!

    Our welcome from the property manager was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the clean and roomy house, comfortable bed and the short walk to the beach. We rode the cruiser bikes on nice trails from our neighborhood and enjoyed just walking to the grocery store and restaurants easily. The neighborhood feels safe and the beach is clean and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the beach with the chairs provided and watching all the surfers, birds & dolphins.

    Great place to stay! The house was perfect for our family of 5 and lived having the beach toys available for us. We would stay again. Parking in the area is tough and the garage would be very hard if we had a larger SUV. We rented a minivan and parking in the garage worked out good.

    This was the best vrbo we've stayed at. Right by the beach on Balboa Island just off PCH. Restaurants to walk to, beautiful blocks to walk down, near HB and Long Beach. Rich met us onsite and gave us a great short tour, and he was easy to get hold of. Price was reasonable, too.
