Signer of the rental agreement must be 25+ years of age
Signer must be present at check-in with valid ID
Signer must occupy the property for the entire stay
Renting for underage occupants without a qualified renter present for the duration of the stay is prohibited

A signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required to complete your reservation. Please contact us if you would like to review the agreement in advance.

Parking Enforcement
No illegal parking, including behind the garage or in the alley. Violations may result in city fines of $2,000+ for which the renter is responsible.

Noise Enforcement
Parties or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000+ and/or immediate eviction without refund, for which the renter is responsible.
Exterior security cameras are in place.

Service Animal Policy

    Love the location of this place. Walking distance to the beach. They have a shopping center across the street with many different food options. I'm glad they had bikes already that we could just drive up and down the street. If you expect to take your vehicle in and out of the garage that would be the only downfall because the garage is small. That takes a three-point turn to enter the garage. is to be expected in beachfront property though. We just walked and drove bikes and had a great time.

    Sooo convenient - once you are settled and have your parking, other than that, great time. Immaculate cottage, we rented both unit for extra space! Everything you need is all around you, walking, or bike riding, plus bikes available along with all the beach necessities needed! Will definitely return for summer fun!!!

    Upstairs unit was very clean, with comfortable beds and sufficient WiFi and climate control. Richard was very kind with each interaction. I would definitely stay here again! Tip: There is an on-site coin operated washer and dryer… I had trouble getting a roll of quarters from the local shops, so best to bring a roll .

    Overall we had a really good stay. The location is terrific, very short walk to the beach. The place is VERY CLEAN and has some nice amenities such as a couple of bikes to ride, a garage space to park your car and comfortable beds. If you are just looking for a clean place to crash this is perfect. Other than that, everything in the place is a bit outdated. The outside patio is shared with the downstairs unit, which is not great for privacy. They do have window air conditioning units but they are old and noisy. Also the place has older windows and is not well insolated as it is cold in the morning (we were there in October) and you can really hear and feel traffic, especially when large trucks go rumbling by. However, the host was very nice. Easy check in and overall it was a nice place to get away for a couple of days.
