This is a small apartment with two rooms and one and a half bathroom. All the appliances look new and work well. Off street parking is important. Couch is low. Eventually I figured out the cable tv and watched a little Wimbledon.

Clean and comfortable. Much better than staying at hotel. Slept 3 adults comfortably. Great location with park across street and great coffee shop on other side of park.
This house was absolutely perfect for a small family trip in Santa Monica. The property was extremely clean and everything was as new as it could be. Lots of natural light, great decor and practicality. Host was very attentive to our needs and overall very kind. Neighborhood was nice, calm and safe. Loved it and would definitely recommend!

My family had a great experience here! We had three adults, and the layout with the two bedrooms, a large family room and kitchen and the outdoor patio, was perfect. The property was exactly as advertised, both in the description and in the photos. Everything was clean and new and finished to a high standard. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions, and the location was within walking distance to a park, several restaurants and grocery shopping. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. Thanks for a great experience!
This was a great house for our stay. Two rooms with a shared bathroom. An extra half bath beside second room. No closets in the small rooms, but we made it work. Great tv service and internet. Everything is brand new. Loved the neighborhood. Felt safe. A big park with a lot going on during the day across the street. Close to restaurants and stores. Some within walking distance. Central location to beaches and downtown. Great home see for your adventures.
A car would be highly recommended and luckily they have a car park, also it’s opposite a park and very quiet!
Clean new space beautifully decorated. Close to hop on freeway but quiet neighborhood. Park across street has nice farmer’s market on Saturday’s. Will definitely book again!

It is beautifully designed, clean, fresh, luxurious, safe, great natural light, the kitchen and bathroom appliances and fixtures are amazing. Pros: house was just as pictures indicated on site, house was very clean and I really loved the decor. All necessities that one would need was there and available. Not to mention it’s very close to the fwy which was great for us. Cons : house sits right across the street from a public park. Which was ok, but I personally didn’t care for that. It was still pretty quiet despite being by a park. Also the house is very bright during the day, we couldn’t sleep in at all because of it and in the master bedroom the ceiling has a “ Roof window” which really made it impossible to sleep because the light shined in so bright once morning came; we had to put our baby in the other room because it was to bright for her. Other than that the stay was very nice. Everything was new and the host were very nice and responded very quickly at initial booking and was very accommodating. If the bedroom didn’t have that roof window we would definitely consider staying again if needed to be in the area, but because of that unfortunately, we probably won’t be staying again.
