Home has central heating/cooling unit, Internet ,open concept layout, its own driveway, spacious and a fenced in yard. It is close to everything including Walmart, Ross, longhorn and so on.
Unplug coffee pot after use. Leave the Washing Machine door open after use. Late check out without approval may attract additional fee.
Overall the place was pretty good and we enjoyed our stay. The front bushes seem like they smelled a little bit of animal urine but the interior of the house was clean and open floor plan three nice beds a little firm but they were good and location was easily accessible
We were looking for something affordable & clean to stay in for a couple of days while house hunting in the area. This house was perfect for that. The beds are very firm, a bit too hard for me, but everything else was great. The was a leak in the fridge while we were there. Communication with the owner was quick & they had it fixed the next day.
We come to Clarksville a lot to watch our son play ball at Austin peay. Wanted a kitchen to cook for my boy. House was over all great. Beds r not the most comfortable and the kitchen had very little supplies, if ur planning on cooking . But we had more space to relax and hang out with our son so over all decent property.
We stayed at this property for 2 weeks while exploring Clarksville and the Nashville area. We felt comfortable and relaxed while staying there. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. Great host experience.
It could have used a little more furniture like a dresser or night stand in the bedrooms and the beds were WAY too firm for my liking. But it was very clean and inexpensive and close to everything, and had everything we needed to celebrate Christmas with family. We cooked and ate all our meals there and were able to do laundry. The neighborhood was quiet.
