Stayed Apr 7, 2023We had a wonderful stay with my elderly mom. The guest room was handicap accessible and perfect for her. We had a beautiful ocean view and easy access to our room via the close elevator. Our only issue was our reservation was booked under 2 reservations because it went into 2 separate weeks. On Sunday our room keys didn’t work and we had to wait to get someone to bring us new keys for the next reservation. That was inconvenient. Hopefully they’ll be aware of that next time. Otherwise it was the perfect spot for us to stay for Easter. Thank you.

Stayed Mar 9, 2023We love staying at the Newport Coast villas! This is our second visit to this resort, and it is always amazing. We love all the amenities and the proximity to the ocean. We can't control the weather, and it wasn't great, but it did clear up one day to swim in the pool and enjoy a little bit of time at the beach! The last time we stayed, we booked directly through Marriott's website and we requested a 4th floor room and an ocean view. We got both of our requests, which was great. This time, I requested the same thing, but neither request was granted. We had no view, (a view of parked cars) and we were on the 1st floor. When I asked the front desk about why this was the case, they said that our request was made late (should be 21 days in advance), that there are status reasons for who gets the good views, and many other factors. I was disappointed that our request was not made on time. That would be my only hesitation for next time....maybe we would try to book straight through Marriott again instead of going through a Timeshare owner. Not sure! In the end, the resort is amazing and we love it there. So I'm sure we will be back again!
