New House. Historic Milton DE. Dogfish Head Brewery and Beaches.

Lots of room, comfortable beds and so quiet and peaceful. Cute coffee shop about 5 minutes away and short drive to Lewes.

This house was amazing. New and so clean. We went to DE for my sons baseball tournament and staying her helped with getting to the field quick!! 10 mins was perfect

The property was exactly like pictures and description..still smelled new..everything you need is there..bedding, towels and kitchen supplies..short trips to Rehoboth beach and Henlopen state park to kayak..easy to get around..Tim the host made everything simple and stress free..he also answers emails quickly..Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful Experience. Excellent layout with multiple comfortable sitting areas. Kitchen was open and was great space to work together in. Pots and pans were serviceable and did the job Beds were comfortable, and the laundry was in a very convent space. I will be traveling to the area for years to come for lacrosse tournaments and would take this clean quite secluded space over a rundown crammed stuffy space by the beach 10 out of 10 days .. Our family had a very comfortable weekend stay while playing in a nearby travel baseball tournament. The home was well appointed with multiple living spaces (indoor and outdoor) and all necessities provided…and then some. Location is quiet and recommend nearby downtown Milton (1mi). The host was gracious, very responsive and attentive.

We were very excited to find out after arriving that we were the very first guests in this brand new home! Our host was very gracious to leave some gifts for the occasion, which several of us enjoyed very much! :) We had to travel to DE from PA for a field hockey tournament at the DE Turf Complex in Milford. This house is about 20 minutes or so from the turf fields. It is super easy to travel to and from the fields. The location of this home is very convenient. I definitely recommend this location for anything at the DE Turf. We've been there many times. The hotels around in that area are not great and are usually overpriced. We've stayed in Dover, Lewes, Rehoboth, but this location and house was the best so far. traveled with my husband and teen daughter and another friend and her daughter. We each had our own room (girls sharing a room). There was more than enough space. The house had everything we needed - kitchen supplies - plates, utensils, paper towels, toilet paper. Everything was brand new! The house looks just as pictured. If you plan to visit Dogfish Head, it is less than a 5 min drive. You could probably walk when the weather is nice!
