Private 12 Acre Beachfront Home on a World Renowned Pink Sand Beach

We absolutely loved our stay! The beach at the house is perfect and walking distance from Tippy’s… which is nice. Would definitely return!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at this gem of a property! I thought it might be too good to be true when I booked the trip, but the property actually exceeded all of my expectations! The two cottages are beautiful and the location is both completely private, and yet easily accessible. I was sad to leave, and hope to go back someday to this little slice of paradise!

Had a wonderful vacation…the property is very well taken care of and definitely on one of the best beaches on the island for walking/swimming etc. Kind of a magical place at nite with the houses located back in the palm trees. And definitely a pink sand beach all to yourself. Thanxs for sharing your wonderful home.

Last minute broken wrist caused us to have to stay home. Owners would not exchange or give us credit for a different date, which was a disappointment. Get the insurance if you want to book here, no exceptions.

We had 3 teens who stayed in the main house & my husband & I stayed in the apartment. it was the perfect set up- dinners & movies together in the main house & we all had our own spaces to sleep. the location and beach were stunning. Most days we had this beach & many others to ourselves. Rental company and caretaker were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I think the location is perfect. It’s close to Governors for restaurants and grocery shopping, and between Tippy’s and La Bougainville so convenient for dinners out or a beachside lunch. It’s easy to fly into GHB airport. The house is incredibly private because the acreage and sits directly on the most beautiful beach. It feels close to nature. There is a Venus pond right in front of the house that’s created by the rocks and tide. The home has peekaboo views of the ocean and you can hear the waves. Because it doesn’t sit directly ocean front it’s more protected from the wind and other elements we found this really relaxing. The floorplan and layout is a little unusual, but not uncommon for Bahamas cottages. The description is accurate. There is a house with kitchen, dining, living room and bunk room on the second floor. It feels more like a cabin. The master is a separate structure and was incredibly comfortable. The layout is a king bed with small sitting room. The bed is awesome and very comfortable. Going between the main house and primary suite is a little strange, but not a big deal. We loved this house and can’t wait to book again. Don’t think twice stay here!

This is an older home with comfortable amenities - fans throughout the house and comfy outdoor furniture. A short walk to the beach..... a mile walk to the wonderful Tippys Restaurant!

The property is well stocked and has everything you could need. The only downside was that there were a lot of wasps, and also mosquitoes inside the big house, so I would recommend better fumigation / pest control. There were also some blinds missing in the upstairs room and some maintenance is needed. Overall, we liked it and had a good time.
