Great location to the Newport Beach for a young family in a budget. Has items to help us enjoy our stay - bOogie boards, Beach cruisers, sCooters, Beach toys, Beach chairs, umbrella, grill, garage, washer dryer, kitchen items, basic cooking good, USB ports for phone cords, Garage door opener for while you are there, DVD player,

Unbeatable location, great beach amenities in great condition (chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, etc.), and a garage! You are like 40 feet from one of the best beaches. Owners obviously take great care of this cottage. Walkable to several shops and restaurants, and close to the pier too. Once you park, you'll probably not need your car again - we didn't.

The perfect place to stay in Newport with a family. Close enough to walk to everything that you need. Very clean and comfortable.

This beach cottage has everything you need for a fabulous family beach vacation. I appreciated the attention to details and there was even memorabilia and historic touches. I definitely recommend it!

Perfect location! Perfect cottage! We loved our stay here. The cottage was very comfortable and so charming. We were close to the beach and had access to beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys and bikes. Parking was so easy. Check in and check out was a breeze. I can’t think of a better place to stay!

This is our second time being here & we can’t wait to make more memories here again. Love the location within walking distance to beach & stores. Owner has everything you’ll need to enjoy your time at the beach Owner is also very communicative & friendly. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Great house, awesome backyard.

Seems to be harder to find homes on the beach front that aren’t massive. This was the perfect place. I am used to staying down further from the pier about 42nd street. But I am now sold on being closer to the stores and restaurants. This house had everything we needed. Will be coming back.

We had a wonderful vacation .

We loved our stay, perfect and close to the sand. Never needed to use my car just walked locally. Met some amazing people 2 houses down that were for the week. Can't wait to go back next summer.

Such a cute cottage - loved the history of it as presented in the decor. It had ample space for 6 of us, was clean, well-stocked with the necessities, and the location was fabulous! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay easy, convenient, and so fun!
