Stayed Sep 6, 2025The cottage was great. The property manager was amazing. We'll be back the next time we come to Catalina. My only suggestion would be to modernize the outlets and possibly install a couple near the beds, but this was very minor.

Stayed Apr 2, 2025Great location, very close to my Sons family and everything Avalon. Perfect for my daughter, 4 yr old Grandson and I!. Loved hanging out on the porch. Excellent value for a short trip. Will stay again!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025The front porch was great, and the place was cute, but it needs some love. It could use updates and a deep clean. The heater didn’t work, and the space heater provided had a broken dial that we had to adjust with pliers.The location near Vons is super convenient, but for the price, it fell short. Please reinvest into the property to make it worth the cost.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Cute little house with nice big porch ! Hard to really relax on porch due to the constant noise of students and golf carts on This very busy street. Old home with very outdated interior the mini blinds were tattered toilet has an issue with constant water noise and a squeaky sound until you jiggle the handle correctly overall it was an enjoyable stay and Amber was very helpful when needed
