Clean Cozy Door County Cottage On A Quiet Resort Property

Exactly as advertised- clean, cozy, quiet, charming throw-back resort cabin atmosphere with incredible view of Sturgeon Bay. Andre’ the host was very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we got our welcome gift as well. Great for people looking for a relaxing bit of nostalgia in their vacation.

Andre was a great host and our cabin had character. We loved it! It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable!

These cottages are a blast from the past and very charming. They remind me of being at summer camp as a teen. The owner has thoughtfully stocked the units. The property is lovely with a gorgeous large lawn facing Lake Michigan. We enjoyed cocktails and dinners facing the lake in lawn chairs. The property is very private and relaxing. If you want a getaway that also offers a chance to go back in time to a simpler life, this is it. However, beware, if you have to have a dishwasher or cell service, this might not be for you, although the internet was reliable. The owner is always available to handle any issues that arise and to provide dining and site-seeing suggestions. We are looking forward to coming back for another vacation.

Centrally located in a scenic setting, this was a relaxing getaway for us. The cottages are as advertised, small and cozy, but very clean. The property is on the lake and offers amazing sunset views over the lake. Andre, our host, was available for any questions we had.

We absolutely love staying here! Andre’ could not be more accommodating and friendly, he has the best recommendations, and we always have an amazing time. Such a cozy, quaint spot. We will 100% be back again & again!

We were driving across 2 states and arrived very early but he met with us to sign in anyway....the kitchen facilities were fine....there was a grill we used also

This property was all it promised and a bit more! The owner was there to greet us from the start and showed us everything in our cabin including the heat if we needed it. He also had anice little surprise to celebrate our anniversary which was so thoughtful and appreciated. The sunset at the water edge was beautiful and serene. The cabin had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely will be coming back to stay again!

Great location--close to where we needed to go, but very quiet and secluded setting. The cabin was very clean, very comfortable and everything worked as expected. Andre made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Door County.

Absolutely loved our stay. Andre was a great host, he even went to town and bought us fudge! The cottage was so clean and comfortable, just wish they hadnt been booked for the weekend or we would have extended our stay. Hopefully we can book it at a tome my sisters can gome and stsy aldo

This was our second stay at this property and we really enjoyed it both times. The property is conveniently located to see all of the sights in Door County. The cabin is very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The lake views and sunsets from the private dock are great. Andre is an excellent host.

We totally enjoyed our stay. It was such a blessing to see that small family businesses still exist. Andre was full of fun stories and information about the area. He was kind, witty and charming. He took great joy in making sure our stay was the best it could be. The little cabins in the woods were very clean, cute and peaceful. No noise!! You can walk right down to the lake to watch the incredible sunsets or during the day to hear the water splash on the rocks. We can’t wait to go back!!

We really enjoyed our trip up to Door County as a family! Our cottage was clean and our Host Andre was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cottage was a great place to rest our heads after a long day of exploring all the amazing things to see and do! He even offered us a complimentary s'mores kit to use at the fire pit by the lake and the welcome gift of delicious cherry fudge from the local candy store was a BIG HIT! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!
