Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many Balboa rentals, but never on the canal. What a splendid location to study the earths' gravitational pull! The canal, with its' low tides allowed for safe, easy swimming and paddle boarding for the kids, plus access into the marina from either end. The house was as presented on line and well equipped for our week long stay. It was very clean after a very noticeable remodel and freshen up! The unique location, so close to Little Balboa, is for those who want a little quieter vibe, yet just a half block from a bustling downtown. Finally, could not be a more friendly and professional property manager than Steve Corzan. We were thoroughly pleased and satisfied by our rental experience with Abrams Coastal. Bravo!
